I really wish they wouldn't follow you around the store, trying to get a sell and talking to you literally every 2 minutes, I understand is their job but those pushy tactics are why I walked out and decided to order my bedroom set from a different retailer online, furniture seems nice though.

Above average quality furniture. Shop the sales though for best pricing. Try their clearance warehouse behind the homestore as you may find a deal for some items.

This is a company that stands behind there product. I want to say a special thank you to Rose at the Colton store.she went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our purchase. We had a issue with the third party warranty and she made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner.thank you again for your help Rose.

Selection for every taste and room you have. Unfortunately after months and two returns I found that the clocks they sell are dysfunctional and they are well aware. Per management they do not tell customers until they complain and return them. I will not be coming back. Who sells clocks that don't function? !

The very moment I walked in I was automatically greeted which is always good. I was helped well, all my questions where answered. Also did I mention that I received a good discount? Best Place to buy all your furniture needs.

TERRIBLE AND VERY CHEAP furniture, so I bought over 5500 worth of furniture and when it comes down to warranties and replacing the mattress, they wont do it. I have the worst back pain ever and it's because of the mattress that cost over 1000. The warranty is horrible all they do is give you the run around and hassel. I do NOT recommend buying anything from here, I'd rather go buy at anywhere else because I guarantee you the quality would be better.

Had to take my recliner back for repair now I have the same problem puls a second one. I wish I would have bought the extended warrenty! My next chair will be a Lazy Boy.

I bought a mattress with them, & they were trying to over charge me. When i called to get information on what they were trying to charge me, customer service hanged up on me. I called back, they refused to give me the ladys name. I had to go in the store to talk to them. Plus when you go in store they wont tell you there deals so you can pay more. Never again shopping from Ashelys!

At Ashley home store the sales team treat you very special and they are not pushi they help you alot plus they give you a special discount just for showing up and make a purchase.

Sales associate was very helpful. I walked in and knew what I wanted. He gave me the information, I made the choice and bought the furniture. Quick and easy.
