I had an absolute amazing experience with Mike Costello he is very good at what he does and helped me out so much great attitude great salesman! Absolutely amazing!

I've shopped online at Ashley HomeStore and was satisfied with the products and the service. My first time shopping there in person, however, was not as smooth or satisfactory. I walked into the West Covina store with a list of items I intended to purchase. I wandered around for awhile, trying to find the right desk, nightstands and a sleeper sofa. I saw salespeople around, but no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I finally went to the front of the store and found a young man at the desk who was willing to help me. He was very friendly, and eager to assist me in my search.

After looking at various pieces of furniture (most of my selections were unavailable, and expected delivery dates were indefinite) I finally found a desk that happened to be available at the warehouse. The salesman wrote up the purchase, but in order to complete the transaction we had to move around to three different computers before he found one that actually worked. I was not impressed by the technology this company has.

Instead of paying a delivery charge, I opted for pickup, thinking that Ashley has in-store pickup. Wrong! My boyfriend and I had to drive 40 miles to Colton to the warehouse there to take delivery of the desk.

The desk is nice and wasn't difficult to assemble (we just had to attach the legs). All in all, I still don't think I will be a repeat customer.

A few days later, I went to Living Spaces in Monrovia and was able to purchase the remaining furniture on my list. The nightstands were in stock. I paid the delivery charge, although we could have picked them up at the store if we had had our van. The sofa is special order, and they were able to give me an estimated delivery time. It's so much easier dealing with Living Spaces!

Our experience was great! Mike Costello was very patient with us and helpful. He wasn't babysitting us and allowed us privacy to discuss amongst ourselves what we liked or didn't like about a product.we walked in looking for outdoor furniture and walked out with outdoor furniture, couch, and tv stand. Everyone walking by us also asked if we needed help or had any questions, which was great also. Mike had a great sense of humor and so did Charles, Store Manager.we will be back again!

The selection and service was very good, due to this pandemic it really changes on what is available really quick or a delay. Other than that the Salesmen are very professional. The only Con I give is the price gauging on the 300.00 to deliver when Jeromes charges 79.00 and bring it into your home and build it snd take all trash with them.

They told me I could buy a couch and if I change my mind they give me a refund. I asked for my refund because I found a better couch cheaper it going to take over a month. I would not recommend buying from them. They really will tell you anything to make a sale. They had to issue taking my money Immediately but I can’t believe it’s going to take over a month for me to get a refund.

I'm very disappointed as I believed this to be a reputable company. The order was late over a week so I canceled it but no one returned the money. Called customer service, the warehouse, and went into the store and I'm just getting lies

We ordered a table and chairs back in November, it is January 10th and we are going on our fourth reschedule for furniture that we are already paying on this store is flaky and we've dealt with them before and this will be the last time! Good luck if you purchase from this shady store

My cousin and I were at first impressed by the quality of the furniture when we were searching for a new couch set. We found one and purchased it, awaiting delivery for the 19th of December. Instead, on the day of delivery, they tell us they can't make the delivery because of delays. We figured this was beyond our hands so we were patient, our next scheduled delivery was January 8th.

As of today, they called again to say there is another delay and we won't get our new couches until the 17th! How much longer are we going to spend our time in the living room on the floor!? We already went through the holidays without them, and now we have to go a whole month without our furniture? Even as we called to tell them about this, they offered no solution. All this has proven is that they're a waste of time and provide no means of fixing the problems they cause. This was the first time we shopped here and it will definitely be the last time we come back to this store or any other Ashley Home Store after this huge disappointment.

Scheduled delivery never came. Had to contact them to find out what happened only to find that the item is going to take another 3 weeks for delivery. Customer service representatives were unable to do anything and one representative said they were going to put in a request for faster delivery. After following up, was told that no request had been put in.

They have lots of selection from entry-level furniture to more expensive sets. They have friendly staff.

I always purchase all of my furniture from here. And I went to get a couch for my daughter and a salesman by the name David wouldn't stop stalking us. It was very annoying.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley furniture this weekend! Our salesman, Joe, went above and beyond to help us find what we needed at a great price. The store was having a great sale this weekend, which made our experience even better. Everything was done professionally, and went smoothly. I highly recommend this store! We cant wait for our pieces to be delivered to our new home!

Very nice store. If you really want personal attention to your needs and what you're looking for go in and ask to see Jessica L. She is the best sales person there and sooo helpful. Definitely she will help you find the furniture to fit your style and family needs.

I usually don't give bad review, but their lies and altitude really pissed me off this time. Derek helped us, he placed wrong orders which was fine because everyone makes mistakes. Then we called him a few times trying to correct it, we thought the order was corrected after those calls, but still, wrong items were delivered after a months. He was rude and didn't even say sorry, he blamed us instead. So ridiculous, avoid this place please, there are a lot more better places.
