I don't like the store, sellers don't let you take a look the furniture they pushing and pushing to try to sell I know that is their job but it's annoying.

Good customer service but they follow you around like at a car dealership, which I dislike. Their furniture is pretty expensive too.

Very disappointed with the furniture. I bought a bed and dresser, the wood is chipping. Everything is overpriced!

Love coming here. The store is always clean and organized. Friendly staff and Luis Hernandez is great! We've been furnishing our house and Luis has helped us everytime, making our purchases super easy.

Horrible experience! They make you pay $200 for a delivery fee but make you wait weeks for your stuff and then give you a hard time with time and days. It has happen to me twice now

The most important thing people need to understand when going to these types furniture stores, is that you are going into a showroom and, that you are not going to leave with that furniture. Costco on the other hand.

My first time in here. Beautiful classic good quality looking furniture. They have a lot of employees that can answer your questions. I ordered an item and once I receive it I can give an update on the review.

We bought some furniture at Ashley. Do not get the bonded leather. It fell apart after 18 months with normal use. Now I need to buy covers for everything when guests visit.

Purchased furniture here. There policy is NO RETURNS so be careful when selecting your furniture. Furniture quality is not good in my opinion. Will not shop here again.

I did not like this place because as soon as you get in the place somebody starts following you asking you questions about what you want to buy and trying to make conversation to you all the time.

We told the lady that we did not need help but she was following us either way. Honestly it was very uncomfortable. We had to leave

Shopping for furniture is hard especially when you have such a great selection to choose from. You think you have decided on a set and then you turn the corner and there's another set calling your name. Mid you, you will spend a couple hours in the store deciding. Finally we decided on the pieces to complete our home, the staff was extremely patient with us. We got an amazing deal thanks to Victor, the manager. We have always shopped with Ashley and for good reason.

I was ready to purchase a new living room set and chose to go to the Covina store per my sister's recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised on the selection. I found my new couches and was assisted by a knowledgeable and helpful sales rep named Nelson Landaverde. He greeted us at the door yet gave us space to look around without feeling pressured and when I was ready to purchase he was there to assist. Thank you

First time customer. We walked in and kind of already had an idea of what I wanted. James was in the front and greeted us on site. Good attitude really respectful, walked us around the showroom to show us different options. I picked out what I wanted, checked out and was out within 30min. Great customer service. At first the service was not the best but when I came back to Ashley’s I experienced the opposite and the sales representative was amazing and took care of me 100%. His name was Mike.

Loved how we didn’t get “attacked” by sales people and we just shopped at our own pace. Jorge helped us compare sofa beds and was really helpful. He even explained our invoice with no confusion! Thanks Ashley’s West Covina!
