EDIT: Typical sales people will say anything, or omit information, to make a sale. After she swiped my credit card on February 6th, she told me the earliest delivery date was March 21st. March 21st came and went and it's March 29th. I still have no couch. Customer service is not in my time zone so I couldn't get anyone on the 21st. When I called on the 22nd to ask what happened, they said I was scheduled for April 16th. Wth. Acted like they were doing me some huge favor by squeezing me in "sooner" but the delivery is now HOURS beyond the delivery window. I took time off of work for this. IF I ever buy Ashley again, it will definitely NOT be direct.

Eric, the Ashley Sales Associate, was a wonderful Customer Serv ice Representative. He was professional, friendly and knew his stuff!

Ashley Furniture has great sales & promotions, and a great variety of products. My salesman was Derrick Martinez, and he was very kind and so helpful with my living room purchase. (Not bad for a Niner fan lol j/p.) I am so in love with my new theater sofa & loveseat! Thank you Ashley Furniture for the great experience & price!

Terrible. This company is not concerned with giving professional service. Spent thousands of dollars just to have the order screwed up and incomplete. No accountabilty on the mangers or sales. I went to the location in Natomas, Sacramento Ca. Spoke with Kelly the store manager. 1 week later still don't have the completed product? This company does not care to give us the consumer the type of service we deserve when spending this type of money. I recommend any other furniture store.

Horrible customer service. Do not buy for them. I been waiting for my furniture to be deliverers for 4 weeks now. Lies and lies. Taking everything back. Don’t walk in. You will regard it.

Love this place! We've bought plenty of home goods here. It's a tad pricey but we don't mind spending the money on good quality items. Today we picked up an outdoor furniture set and a heat lamp and Greg was awesome! He gave us our space but was always around if we had questions. He packaged us a deal that was better than what we'd expected and all around was a fantastic help. He even steered us towards better matching pieces. Great guy, great place, great products! -Lina

Aws is the guy you wanna see if you are at natomas, Sacramento location. I got my couch, center table, side tracke and tv stand with his help. He is superb. He doesn't sell something for his targets, he advises and sells what you really need.
His customer service doesn't end just with the parentp, he follows up and makes sure you are happy with what you got.
I did goof up with my something during the delivery acceptance and was super upset when myself, picked up my phone and AWS for help.he did the best thing possible for me!

Matthew is a great guy. He was very eager to help me out. If he didn’t know an answer to one of my questions, he took the time to find out. Having been a salesman’s myself, I really appreciated how straight forward he is.

This place is amazing! Not only do they have some great quality furniture at amazing prices, but the people that work there are awesome! Seriously, everyone there is so nice and they truly want to get you the best thing for the best price. Adrian made the daunting task of furnishing our living room not only a breeze but incredibly fun and entertaining. I can't recommend them enough if you want well-built furniture with rock-solid customer service.

I bought living room furniture and am very happy with my experience. Mr. G (nick name for the manager) is a man of his word! There was a small miscommunication about the delivery but Mr. G compensated me very generously. The staff at this location were very friendly and, Yes, I will buy from this store if ever I'm looking again for any type of furniture!

Good costumer service before the purchase.after the purchase I have to returned part of my order Because was incomplete (not delivered problem the items were incomplete at time I made the order I didn’t checked 2 times to make sure everything was ok I just trust the employees know what they have to do)
By the way I payed in advance and until today” 3 weeks” after I purchased the items I’m still waiting for my refund to be honest I don’t received the same quality costumer service, it make me think is, because I'm not buying anything I just want my money back for the furniture are not at home I never get.

Great customer service! We had Saan as our sales rep and he was great! Very friendly and gave suggestions and ideas for furniture. Very thorough in explaining everything to us.

It’s such a bad palace I go there to buy some stuff and bad stuff putting just promo board and prices is different actually they no deals make a fool to people

We ordered an entire bedroom set and it was set to be delivered on Saturday. Guess what? Ashley never delivered or called us. Same thing the next day. After 10+ phone calls to customer support, NOBODY WILL HELP US and we still don’t have our stuff that we paid for. We will never shop here again and I’ll make damn sure none of my friends or family ever shop here

I just want to thank the girl that helped us her name is Lucy she pays attention to detail and she is a good listener; she's very helpful, and kind. I bought furniture a couple times at this store, and I'll be back for more.

Lots of furnitures, clean environment, very nice staff. I had Greg helped me, he has very clear brain, excellent math, very patient and gave me dramatical discount. Highly recommend! Definitely will go back for the future order,
