22I went by here with my gf and friend on Sunday and just had to drop a note of appreciation for Bernard. My friend who joined us is a fantastic salesman and was helping us out, and Bernard, clearly a great salesman in his own right, did not take it personally. In fact, he made a number of jokes about hiring my friend and kept the whole ordeal light and easy. Bernard was extremely patient and was going out of his way to share with us the different pieces that were on sale that day. In the end, we got a sofa and coffee table we were really happy with, and we'll definitely be buying from Bernard again.
What could have been a disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture turned out to be an amazing experience With great customer service thanks to Arturo & Mike (Manager). Thank you to the both of you for making sure that great customers was priority. Long story short, I called and was told by another sales associates that Ashley furntire would price match as Long as I came into the store. When I arrived I wasn’t told no, but Arturo and Mike made it happen. Thank you.
