Thank you Jeff and Millard for making life EASY for me with my phone upgrades and account issues. This store has great people who know about the products and how to set them up etc.

Went into AT&T because my phone was bugging out. Jeff and Adam both helped figure out my issues. Not only were they awesome but they knew exactly how to fix my device. Turned out, I had too much bloatware on my phone, kept downloading a bunch of apps. They also asked about my internet and TV services, I am definitely going to switch once my Xfinity contract is over.

Customer service was top-notch. Product knowledge was well above average. I left feeling like I got all the answers I was there for and more. I’m coming back here when I need to do any ATT business.

Saved the day. I had forgotten my cable to change my phone. They were not open yet but they loaned me a cable so I could keep going. Thank you so much! I have been with att since 1996 and this is why!

The employees there at the store in Pleasant Hill are very helpful and considerate of the amount of time that you wait.

Been a loyal customer for over 15 years, been satisfied with the service until walked in to get help at the Pleasant Hill store today. What a disappointment. No body wanted to answer
any questions, referred to on line help yourself. We are TOO BUSY DOING NOTHING.make me considering maybe I should go to VERIZON.
Maybe that's what I will do.

How can 1 store cause a 13 year, 6 line family plan client to switch carriers? By staffing it with people that simply do not care at all about the customer. I get they likely are paid lousy wages, but to actually not even listen to what the customer is saying? ! When he is there to BUY a $1400 phone on pre-order? They don't get commissions or was he that dumb? Who knows. What I do know that ATT loyalty program is helping to save account.

What a Bunch Of Unorganized IDIOTS! I went in at 1 pm there were 3 people in front of me, No One was Doing anything, i sat there for 1.5 hours and the list of 3 people in front of me Never Changed, You think ATT on the Phone Sucks, Your Wrong come into this Store and they will Show You How True Morons that are the Slowest Employees around, Go Anywhere else, it will be better

Always leave here with a better deal than what I had going in. They never try to rush you, explain everything well and can answer anything without having to go find out.

What happened to being kind and patient? What happened to good customer service? Carla, SMILE and watch your tone. Treat your customers with respect. Meet your customer where they're at. We are people not a sales pitch. You work with the public. This was not a good experience and we will only be back to see Ballal the manager

Great service! Carla V was so helpful and knowledgeable about the service and products of att. I was also helped within 5 minutes of arriving and left within 20 minutes after buying my new phone. Thank you!

Make an online reservation prior to going you will get in and out in 10 mins.go without an appointment you will be there for 1-2 hours.

It was a very busy Saturday morning but I had a great experience. It was admittedly a simple request but everything went smoothly. Both associates I dealt with we're pleasant. They have a lot of live devices to tryout on the tables.

Thee worst customer service I have ever been associated with, service is like a outhouse, what ever you do, please do not go to this particular store, if so, you'll be sorry, sincerely Michael!

Was a bit worried due to the previous ratings but it appears they've gotten enough staff now and I actually found the sales staff to be quite helpful. Salem helped with transferring my a few lines to my account and had us out of there in no time. I would recommend this place to friends and family

She provided a terrible service at this store. I went to different att stores before. No one was like this woman, she should not be in the customer service. Had very bad experience, I will never go to this store again, wasted my time!
