AT&T Store reviews
27Awful customer service. I left them and went to T-Mobile thats down the street and they were a million times better.
Seriously understaffed. Waited over an hour just to get a new SIM card. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the guy was apologetic and fast when he finally got to me. They should hire more people to work in the evening and set up a triage system so short tasks (like SIM cards) aren't waiting in the same line as long tasks (like shopping for a new device).
Worst place ever you think I went there to do something for them customer service sucks employees are rude never go there
14 customers waiting. 1 employee at the door signing people in. 1 employee helping people. 3 employees at lunch. Looks like district should find someone else to run this store since this manager can't seem to figure out how to schedule his people.
Horrible. Absolute worst customer service ever. Refused to put a screen protector on for me after I paid $150 for my phone. The manager is complete moron as well, he's the bald fat jerk. His name is Seth Mincer. Yes, even his name is stupid. Go to ANY ATT store except this one and they will help you. This store is run like a 3rd world country might be. With no order and chaos.
Way better service than the store on Olympic blvd in Walnit Creek. It was worth the 2.5 mile drive in traffic for instant customer service.
Most of the time I am pleased with this store but if they get busy the wait can be intolerable.
