Funny i didn't like the atmosphere sibce i was with my dad an all but too many guy workers in one area probably because not many costumers were inside just 2 me my dad and these couple other family buying a new phone for the son heh so nice to have a new phone a d leave you're old memories and past behind you
The manager is Robert very nice gentleman took the time out to help me to try to solve a problem I'm having with AT&T I'm no longer a customer anymore but from my area is not worth having them for internet services in North Hollywood. What overall great experience if I was still a customer.

My previous phone was run over yesterday, which was a complete and total bummer. However, Sally made finding a new phone and case incredibly easy and stress-free. Very grateful and pleased with the service at this location. Thanks!
A bunch of people here for nothing.still I have to get help on the phone in regard my overpriced bill meaning they charged me more than the agreement.
I didn't appreciate the lady that attempted to assist me. She was rude, not helpful, didn't take the situation and try to resolve it, she just didn't feel like dealing with me so she gave me attitude instead. Rude all over.
Horrible experience since signing up for promo bad and erroneous billing. The staff are unprofessional and they all make up something to calm the situation. Earlier it was agreed to give me a bundle pack, i have to leave a leading network for AT&T and that's a mistake i regret. I receieved multiple bills and they all talk about different amounts. I'm a senior artist and I need internet to create art, the network is slow as these AT&T people. I don't recommend this to anyone

Went there for help with a problem with my cell phone. They didn't help me just tried to get me to sign up for other services.
None of the people working could tell us anything about the LG phones we inquired about. We wanted to know how they compared to Samsung and none of the three people working had a clue. We found this at the Los Feliz store as well. Employees need to be trained better.
Most knowledgeable associates around. I don't go anywhere else to upgrade, get information or solve problems. I highly recommend an appointment as the wait can be long for walk in.
Worst at&t ever since start my contract with them, they promised me so many thing and nothing was true, they just want to sell but not help, they dont know how to do a good job
Well we sat and waited for 5 mins when a young lady asked if we were signed in then waited amother 10 mins and no one attended us so we just got up and left. Terrible Service!
Very RUDE female representative who provided me with terrible customer service and then lied about her name. Claimed her name is "Jessica". Her real name is Stephanie/Sally. Hopefully the manager on duty (Angel) has a talk with his low grade employee about "customer service" and honesty.
