AT& T cellphone customer service is very poor and not professional and they charge a lot of money and they put you collection if you pay them 1 day late and they are rude and bastard and please do not deal with them and stay away from them
Very bad experience at this location, they take a week to solve a simple issue, I don't think I will buy at this location anymore.
I've been here half a Suzy r things, and it's always a 15-20 minute wait. Once your number is called, the crew is friendly and helpful.
Great customer service, thorough and attentive. If you don't have all day and don't want to be serviced, go to the Studio City location, but if you want to take care of business quickly with a friendly staff, I recommend this store.

When I went to the store the guy who helped me out he took his time to fixed the problem that I have with my phone. He was very, very helpful.
Loved Andrew. He was so helpful yesterday when I needed help getting a new phone when my old one had a manufacturing error. The manager Sal is amazing! Helped me get a great buy back deal on my phone. Have been going here for 2 years and will continue to do so.
Staff may seem friendly when you walk in but quickly ignore you and make you wait for what seems like forever. Once sometime finally does help you they don't seem to know what they're doing. I had to go to another AT&T store to get my issue resolved because they didn't do it at this place. Not happy with them at all!
