I went in a couple of days ago fed up. I kept getting different answers when I was calling in to customer service and was ready to cancel my account. I’m glad I met Jesse. He was able to straighten out my bill and got me a good promo on a new phone. I’m paying less than I was for the last three years!

Horribly slow it's 105 degrees outside and they have a one person at a time inside the store waited 45 minutes and had to leave before dieing of heat stroke definitely going to the Folsom store next time

This is review of this AT&T store. Jeff was friendly courteous professional and knowledgeable. He practiced social distancing and wore a mask. I give this rating 5 stars.

Didn't accept cash and only had one person working with 3 people, including myself, waiting. I waited 30 minutes and after the 2nd time I was asked did the employee ask if I was paying by cash or card. He then referred me to another store 3 miles north, which ironically I passed by to get to this location because it was closer to home and paying this bill was last on my list for the day.

I regret needing to go back. None of the employees were wearing masks and, in fact, clustered together around a table. Employee walked right up to me and i backed up, requesting she wear a mask. She said she would go in the back and get a mask, if it was important to me and, thankfully, she did. I felt very awkward. Yikes!

My hubby wanted a new phone service. He decided to switch us to AT&T. He spoke with an AT&T employee by the name of Jesse at the Zinfandel and Sunrise store. This employee was awesome. It was 7: 30 and they close at 8 pm. Jesse was super patient, didn't rush us, super knowledgeable and if he wasn't sure he called and found the answer. He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Jesse is an asset to the AT&T company and I will bring my return business to him. Thanks Jesse!

Jesse and Jeff were very accommodating and got me in and out in the most quick and efficient way. Everyone practiced good social distancing and wore masks. Very nice and personable and found the most reasonable plans for my usage. Thank you

Eric was very friendly and a great help. Almost jumpef out of his seat to greet us as we walked in Asked simple questions, quickly found why my mobile data wasnt working and fixed it.

We went in angry and frustrated but left happy. We were having a billing problem that we could not get resolved on line or over the phone to their help desk but the representative at this store gave us great customer service and was able to get our issue resolved quickly. We are happy customers because of the way we were treated and served.

Wish I could give 6 stars for my experience. Jeff, the manager, did such an excellent and professional job assisting me when my iPhone malfunctioned. He was very attentive and helpful and set me up with the best deal, totally going the extra mile. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their phones or to purchase a phone in the future.

Jeff Soviar is a great asset to your company. He is professional, knowledgable and makes sure your understand your phone before you leave. He has great patients when dealing with older not so savory customers like me.

Eric was very helpful, positive, and upbeat. His level of customer service was top notch. I watched as he interacted with ither customers as well, and he had a great rapport with each of them. He, and Jeff made the process of upgrading my phone easy and seamless.

The best help I have ever received at any of your stores. Jeff soviar not only fixed the email problem on my Samsung smartphone, he did not make me feel stupid.
He also helped me understand what ii can do to receive dtvnow without having to.buy a smart tv. Next purchase I will be making.

Eric was absolutely fabulous. He was able to help me with my email problems and having been broken into. I recommend coming into AT&T and asking for his help anytime. Great employee great guy. Very smart with everything computer and phone. Great perseverance.
