It was an interesting experience. I have not bought a phone since 2011, so there was a lot to learn. Jeff was very patient and explained things without talking down to me. He also made sure I understood things before going to the next step. I don't want to buy another phone soon, but if I do I hope that Jeff is there to make it go smoothly.
Everything was awesome at this store Isabel & Jeff were very professional and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them and their store.
JEFF IS THE BEST ATT MANAGER IN THE WORLD. I came in with my high maintenance mother and sister. He answered questions, upgraded 3 phones and solved multiple side issues with a smile on his face through the entire four hour visit.
