AT&T Store, San Bernardino CA

Arrived at 8pm. Store was already closed. Several others came to find a closed store as well. No sign on the door or anything.

Olivia was the best! Amazing customer service and made sure I left w all I was looking for and some in my purchase.

Terrible customer. Absolutely terrible. I was never greet. I was only frowned upon. After 15 minutes of rep passing me by the fake flash light security mall cop finally stop frowning and mean mugging and put me on the waiting list. Long after some what of a hour I'm still sitting and waiting and no one bother to say anything. I politely waved goodbye and left with thousands of dollars I was bringing to AT&T.

Horrible service. Stay away from this location. No knowledge on their own products and services.

Very poor and very slow service. Horrible store. Stay away from this one. 6 people in store waiting for services and 5 people in the back room chatting. They were so called on lunch with a full line? Unless you dont mind the long wait.

I've started locksmith thing again I'm in the process of buying tools and looking for job so I was just introducing myself in case they needed a locksmith

Got my daughter an iPhone and couldn't get service.turns out it was locked but the girl at the At&t store was very helpful and very friendly. I would have given her 5 stars but the service at at&t has always been horrible.i have u verse art phone service and internet and mobile. ALL SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE.the only good customer service I've had was mobile but no amount of good friendly customer service can ever make up for the terrible service at&t has.its all BAD.but friendly moblie service

I went to this AT&T on September 1st 2018 and recieved great customer service. A special thank you to Therra as she was very helpful and very nice. She was really knowledgeable about her products and was able to translate a bit due to her Khmer backround as well. She helped me pick out two new phones and we were satisfied and out the door very quickly.

Always a wait here. Never had a problem with AT&T. Just came here to pay a bill, machine was down, and they had all these excuses to not want to help me but I told them I will wait I work full time I do not have time any other day. If it wasn’t for my job AT&T would not have a loyal customer like me just might switch too Verizon

Could not help reboot contact list suggested I buy a new phone. Not what I wanted. Went to AT&T store on University and got satisfaction
