Upgraded my phone and so they gave $200 gift card for accessories and found out that they actually charge it on my bill $20.00 monthly for 12 months.why would you guys offer and say that its free "gift card" when its not, ripping your customers off.i called and asked for they're manager but i was told that she's busy.
