Hands down the easiest car buying process I've experienced. Steven and Jessica gave us a great deal on trading in our Q7 lease for the Etron and made the whole experience seamless. It was refreshing to not deal with pushy sales people. With the exception of the test drive, everything else was done electronically so I did not need to spend hours at the dealership. I testdrove with David who was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient answering all my questions. Once I had decided on the car it was delivered by David to our home within a few hours. He took his time to give us a tutorial on the car and set us up with My Audi. Exceptional service thank you!

Great dealership experience. Worked out the deal over the phone, went in to test drive the vehicle and worked out the paperwork within an hour or so.

From the moment I arrived at Beverly Hills Audi, Claude Dauman was a gentleman. He patiently guided me through my options, and I walked out that evening with a great deal and a brand new Audi. Kudos to Claude, Armani, and Greg.

Don't get your car serviced when they're busy. I mentioned a possible concern with my car to my service advisor before they picked up my car. When I picked it up, there were no notes on the invoice indicating that they looked into the problem. Also, although they sent a text in the morning after picking up my car from my home, they did not respond to my text at 5pm, and I had to call them to find out if my car was ready (and, at that point, they would not deliver my car to my home, so I had to go there to pick it up rather than wait until the next morning). I have no complaints about the actual service, just the communications and follow-through.

Because of the name Beverly i thought everything expensive, actually better price and services than other cars dealers!

Received a great deal and equally great service in leasing a new etron SUV. I worked with Jonas Tunnell and his manager Steven Drury. They were terrific. Highly recommend these guys, and the dealership as a whole.
