This will be the only car dealership that I will trust to purchase my next car. They are too of the line, professional and they make you feel at home. It was no hassle and they dropped the price on the car I wanted before I even sat down to negotiate the price. Very classy and well done!

The sales Lina had really bad attitude, she told me why do you need a daily use car if you have a sports car already. That’s really funny, I can believe that’s said by a sales. That’s the worst experience that I have never had, I won’t consider Audi anymore, she also told me Audi it’s better than Porsche. LOL

Just keep away from this place, it is a fraud, patty brito works in business office is not only a thief but also, forges customer signatures on dmv and other paperwork that goes to the financial instituitons,
keep away you will be a lot happier.

If I could give a -star I would. I drove to their parts department on Fairfax and Washington and their parts manager is a complete A hole he talked to his employees in a demeaningful way. It left a bad taste in my mouth, Never again I would return to that place

Raj was terrible to deal with. They need to look into how he interfaces with clients. It’s mind boggling, frankly.

Really bad experience. We wanted to buy a car for my girlfriend with his father who came especially from France. We chose an used Audi A3 and told us that we put a down payment of 5000$ and that the money was coming from France in about 3 days. They made us come back 3 times to tell us that it was against the law to do that so we didn’t get the car. Such liars. Because we then went to Infiniti which is literally across the street and we actually bought the car by doing same process (down payment) then once we got the money from France we went back to finalize the purchase. Apparently the law applies only at Audi bh but not at Infiniti bh

Go elsewhere. The business development and day staff might be knowledgeable And friendly, but leaves much to desire of the PM staff. Will not return to any Audi thanks to them.

Amanda Hart was excellent to work with. She really came through and had an art to turn things around. When you go their ask for amanda if you want to have a great experience. She made buying an Audi enjoyable and comfortable.

Friendly staff with zero pressure. Gerti Shtylla was awesome! He was kind and forthright and very helpful.

Attentive staff and a very clean showroom located in a refurbished warehouse. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

BEWARE! These guys are the biggest crooks on the planet. I sold an R8 to them over a month and a half ago and they’ve been withholding the equity check they owe back to me of over $5k, claiming they “mailed the check” which never came and now finding excuses they can’t cut a new one. I’m going to have to pursue legal action just to get $5k they owe me. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This was my first time buying an Audi and Alexander Hoes was amazing in helping me out choosing a car that I LoVED! Alex helped answer all the questions I had. Very patient since I had my niece with me. I’m so happy that I came to the Audi in Beverly Hills! Thank you Audi Team!

The sales man wasted our time and didn’t disclose information that would have helped me decide to buy my own car an (S5), however the bigger issue is I called and complained to their “guest relations “ and requested some to call me back to finalize buying my leases car and no one called yet. I would say stay away from them

So they called me and were more helpful.we will be heading back to buy the car in June
