Brandt Hahn is an excellent Shop Foreman for their Auto Repair Department. I was in between Service Advisors and Brandt intervened and expertly helped resolve some repair considerations for me.

I sbusequently got a new Service Advisor, Mr. Juan Dominguez, who has shown himself to be very customer oriented. He has helped me in the past before I selected him as my Service Advisor. Juan has always been helpful, very capable, and friendly.

Every time I stop by I receive great service. This visit was about low tire pressure.they found a nail in the tire close to the edge and quickly replaced the tire! The service was great!

Brought my Certified Pre-Owned CLS 550 since some alarming warning lights kept popping up. - Edward took great care of it - went through the extra steps to get it all covered under warranty, kept me informed along the process, sent a shuttle to pick me up, and delivered a freshly washed and fixed car!
