AutoZone reviews
26The guys there know their stuff. Very knowledgeable. David in the commercial department is grest
I took my battery a few days ago, I had left it there for 2 nights. I go in the following day to find out that it did not get charged!
The batteries in my mobility scooter went dead in the middle of my trip. I happened to be at Auto Zone picking up a part for a friend, and the clerk told me that he would charge my batteries for no charge. We discovered that one of them had gone bad. The clerk sent his driver to two different stores to get me a replacement. And the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Auto Zone.
How is that AutoZone make a better company, when the employees are soooooooooooo slow in to service their customers.
Rude employees! Waited nearly 10 mins just to have them serve 2 other customers ahead of me even though I had been in the store waiting before the other customers came in. Go to Oriley's, they know customer service, and a lil bit cheaper!
Might as well have ordered the parts online your self.
These keyboard part warriors don't know there elbo from there nose. If there prices were not so competitive I shop at NAPA Auto parts 100%. Those guys know how to pull out a parts catalog and make things happen. Not just push buttons on a keyboard.
Knowledgable counter employees and friendly to boot. Returned an item and was treated the same as when I bought it.
The employee at the front tested my check engine light and was able to help me very much. I appreciated his customer service.
The overall visit was ok. As I was walking into the store behind the manager she just allowed the door to close in my face. They were unable to bring up my records for my lifetime warranty on my starter for my truck. They wasn't able to pull up my records on my Autozone card on my key chain. Overall Tayjoin, was very helpful.
They are ok. Asked to get my check engine light checked and they told me to go do it myself because they were too ''busy''. I do like the parts they have to offer here but the deals are nothing special same price as anywhere else.
Its a decent auto zone. There is a big parking lot ive seen people doing burnouts and such.couple of jaguar sedans racing
Friendly store mgr, helpful inside n outside when i couldnt put locking gas cap on. (im no dummay, but they changed up tha way they work)
There's always long lines here to get help. Half the time they don't have what you want anyway. I was waiting at the register one day and look down at the candy Shelf that had ants crawling all over it.
This is an amazing store. Well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean overall. The people at this store are most definitely customer oriented and ready to help to the best of their abilities. Great place guys! 10/10
Don't expect them to actually know anything about cars. Whereby the too get a rear wheel cylinder and she had no idea what that even was. She spent about 10 min trying to look it up then said they don't carry it. Went to O'reilly's and had no problems getting my part.
Autozone is great especially when things come with warranty but their employees there should really not comment on returns of items as if indicating something they don't know if I paid 200for a starter and it went out don't? Me about me do your JOB HELP THE CUSTOMER not insinuate your personal opinion that quite honestly don't matter maybe it's a defect it happens but besides that single incident
I usually have trouble getting assistance in this place, my female friend and family have the same issues.
I was on hold for 30min before I hung up.they are missing out on business with this kind of service
Convenient place to go, but the staff needs a little more training outside of the computer system that sometimes can lead customers to purchase wrong parts.
