26This particular AutoZone is so understaffed no customer service long lines and employees jumping back and forth from parts counter to cash register my visit was very unpleasant
These guys were busy but held it down. The knocked the line down quickly with fast friendly service. Handled phone calls swiftly and are very knowledgeable.
They were slow because they were short handed and busy but when it was my turn the guy was very helpful. Worth the trip!
Love this place, employees are courteous and will even help you replace small parts on your car so you don't have to try and do it yourself.
There is always a long line. The last time i called they hung up on me 3 times and had me on hold til i showed up to the store 15 mins later. The manager and an employee were arguing with each other as well about what needed to be done in the store. Terrible customer service basically.
They are efficient in answering ur concerns. They look you up on computer they have your info. On file. Polite n they order part if not in stock.
