Avalon at Mission Bay, San Francisco CA

Tanika specifically has been such a great help since we have moved in. From just genuinely being a kind person to going behold. She has truly been so helpful.

I am a new Resident at Avalon Mission Bay (Phase) 2. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. Raymond in the Leasing Office was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Fei is an amazing Concierge and always goes above and beyond in helping the Residents. The Building and Amenities are incredible and I'm proud to say I'm a Resident of this great community.

We’ve been living at Avalon MB Phase II for nearly a year now, and it’s been great. What’s amazing in our phase is the concierge staff who are amazingly friendly and helpful. In particular, Ben and Sharon are two amazing people who go really above and beyond. Also, Ray, who is the technical associate helping to keep our apartments functioning, is super quick to respond to any repair requests you may have. So grateful that we found this place!

The concierge team and front office of Avalon are great! Thought time during COV and the team is why we stayed at Mission Bay!

I'm coming up on two years living Avalon Mission Bay and I am very happy with the location, property, and most of all the staff! The Concierge staff are extremely helpful and responsive and always go the extra mile to add a personal touch. In particular, Zam (who always makes it a point to let me know if I've got a package before I've gotten a notification even), Micelle, and Stacy from the Concierge desk, Danilo in Maintenance, Lara, Sidney, and Ray from Leasing, and the Customer Service Supervisor Christian have all been really awesome, but everyone I've interacted with here is really terrific! I would recommend anyone take a tour of Avalon MB if you're looking for an apartment in Mission Bay! The location is also very dog friendly:)

The management is so bad! I've been trying to contact them for opting out of the lease. No one is helpful. I have taken 100's of folow up, they don't provide direct phone number, they say we're working on it, and keep you hanging by a thread.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Lovely place! And the concierge is SO nice, especially Ben, Sharon, Alexa and Luz! They always go out of their way to talk to me and make sure I am doing well. Ben has helped me with everything since day one!:) he went above and beyond when I first moved here and these four people truly are the sweetest. They have made my experience wonderful. The gym classes/teachers are amazing, as well, especially John and Kayla.

We had a flood due to a freak accident related to the washer dryer. What would otherwise have been an absolute disaster was saved by David Bejarano and team. They went above and beyond to get us a same-day move within the building (up one floor). Best part about it is that we like the new apartment better!

The team at Avalon Mission Bay is excellent. David, Devon, and the entire Leasing Office team are very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive to inquiries. The concierge staff is wonderful as well, especially Sharon, Reuben, and Christian. I am so appreciative of my experience at Avalon Mission Bay - team there is like family and I highly recommend considering this community as a place to call home.

Great location, with great service and a classy environment. Security and amenities are top notch too.

I'm living at Avalon and everybody at the Concierge are extremely polite and helpful. My experience with Fei was especially wonderful. She goes out of the way to help people and follows all the safety concerns at the same time.

Good service from the leasing office and all the staff. Nice apartment although on the expensive side. Common areas well maintained.

We've lived in phase 1, behind the main building for over a year now and find the apartment unworthy of its price. The apartment is very very old which results in really old and creaky fittings (e.g, the sound from our exhaust vents will make you feel like you are taking off on an aeroplane). This section is pretty poorly maintained too. The stairs and corridors are rarely cleaned. Very often we have the smell of food seeping in to the apartment either from the barbecue pit or from neighbors' homes through our kitchen chimney (never understood why until someone explained that they keep their chimney system switched off because people complain about the noise it makes). We've made several complaints, but maintenance has been pretty unresponsive. Overall, this section of the property is definitely not worth its price. My wife and I will be moving out at the end of our lease. Would not recommend this place.

I'm totally in love with this place. I moved in more than 2 years ago and I am very happy with my decision. The stuff is extremely nice and friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect.

The Community Consultants at Avalon Dogpatch were very helpful! Prompt and informative responses via email and easy to book a tour. Touring the community felt personal and not rushed. The agents in the leasing office did not treat me as just another potential resident but as someone who would truly be welcomed into a warm community of individuals. Thank you to all the staff at Avalon Dogpatch!

My parking spot was taken by other people twice half year ago.
The management has been improved in the last half year, haven't had that issue since then.

Apartment was exactly as shown on digital tour and had a great experience with the office and their personal attention.

I love this place. Moved in just 2 weeks ago but so far, I am very happy with my decision. Everyone is very nice and friendly and it's a great location.

We just move out and we are going to miss it!

First and foremost the maintenance team is amazing, they were quick to respond and kept the place nice.

Jason and his team found my wife and I the perfect apartment.we had concerns about the noise being on the city side but had no issues.actually the view was so nice we didn't notice anything else.

Michelle and Cristine kept us informed and entertained with info and activities all the time.

Faye and Ben were our concierge and quickly made us feel at home. They helped with packages and always had coffee and bagels in the morning.

We moved from a more "downtown" apartment and was concerned it wouldn't feel urban enough but we were wrong, we felt downtown but without the traffic.sooo nice!

Upscale private residential community. Located in a prime location and is well connected through public transport.
