The customer service and maintenance response at this facility is incredible! I sent an online request for a non-emergency request for a repair and they were at my door within 15 minutes, solved the problem, and I was back to normal operations. The service agent was professional and nice.

Having been a resident since October I have only glowing remarks of the staff, the property and the services! I live her during the week only but the experience has been flawless. Maggie has been particularly responsive and helpful to me. Her communications are quick and she follows through with actions. On a few occasions she has helped me with my packages while I was out of town. The place is quiet, clean, convenient and exceptionally well run!

I have been living here for a year now I’m absolutely fabulous place to live. Between the set up of the apartment which is perfect for two people to the staff that works in the leasing office and the staff in the maintenance the minute you have a problem they are on top of it and so friendly I have gotten to know them personally it’s always so clean there’s so much to do this people to talk to or you can sit by yourself I would definitely recommend checking it out

I moved to California a few months ago and Avalon was my first option from the get go. Jacob has been so helpful since day one and his level of commitment and professionalism is really appreciated.

The common areas are always clean and well kept and I love that they have several gyms and pool areas. The area overall is very safe and it’s well located.
Great service from the maintenance and ground keeping team. Always friendly and whenever you need to get something fixed, they’re quick to respond.

The apartment is great and well distributed. My only complaint is that noise carries from one floor to the other and sometimes you can hear everything that happens upstairs.

Nonetheless. I love living here.

Management staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always prepared. They make you feel like you are their only priority.

They simply refused to clean the ugly stain (shown in the picture) off the widow's outside face that I don't have access because of the window screen.

LIARS! They trick you and give you all false information on their affordable rates. They assure you they have availability for your requirements. When you arrive there all what was promised was fake. They give way higher rates, they say they have nothing available anymore or for higher prices only. Waste of time and effort. NOT RECOMMENDED

Lived here for 2 years, great place to live, the staff is great, depending on your neighbors they could set off fire alarms but that's everyplace.

Worth the rent to not have to park at diamond jamboree.

Experience thus far has been excellent. Attentive staff makes me feel like I live in a resort. Property is awesome, expectations exceeded across the board.

I was waiting for maintenance to fix my laundry machine in my apartment.
But nobody came up to fix.

Alfonso is a great service associate for the building.he goes above and beyond what is required. Impressed!

They will just leave you guys good impression when u come to visit their apartment, after u moved in, their attitude is like you owe them 1 million dollars

I've lived here in phase-I building in 2011/2012 and the place was great, now I'm back and the first building has fallen behind in cleanliness! The garage floor is filthy and it smells like garbage all the time. The hallways on 2nd and 3rd floors are dirty and you can clearly see the difference between them and the 1st floor. I've complaint and it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done about it. I wish I was given a tour of the other floors I would not have signed a lease with them.

Been living at Avalon for a year now and have had a few hiccups with my apartment but the front office and maintenance staff has been more than helpful. They're very kind and are always on top of making sure you're living accommodations are great.

Service was provided sooner than expected, and the representative was extremely courteous in explaining the process of what he was doing. Great job!

Update: The staff here has made a significant and noticeable effort to address my safety issues described below, as well as other much appreciated touches to make it a better community. For that reason I have given them 2 more stars. Things are turning around and as I see more progress I will keep updating this review.

PLEASE READ: I've lived on the Avalon communities for about 2 years now, first in Anaheim and now in Avalon Irvine. Although the location and amenities are great, I DO NOT RECOMMEND moving here. I feel that I owe the prospect resident (considering moving in) a clear warning and sincere advise.

The security and safety of the tenants is very minimal here. Even though things can happen (understandably), it is how this community, management and the company in general is prepared and responds to such incidents that is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. Cars being broken into, smashed windows, stolen bikes and NO CAMERAS, NO GUARDS TO INVESTIGATE OR ARRIVE ON TIME, and more frustrating a bunch of apologies and useless explanations from management.

There are SO MANY things I can complain about: filthy-disgusting/noisy/annoying tenants (not mentioning any races here wink wink), ants infestations, pitch-black garages, etc, etc.but safety is CRITICAL and more importantly how the company owns up to any incident that is worth highlighting and voicing.

Again, if you value your safety and appreciate genuine care for your property and safety, AVOID this place. I do expect some useless response on how they will improve and doing their best to make this a better living community (see every response to other reviews) however, I have seen the same complains over a long period of time with the similar responses from management and here it is one more about ants, filthy/noisy/annoying tenants, and SECURITY years and/or months later.

I truly hope this helps you avoid any headaches, or even worse a tragedy.
