I have been living here for about 2 years now and the sales staff is without question the best I have encountered in all my years leasing. Take Maya for example, this young woman went above and beyond to help me find my perfect apartment. Not only that, once I became a resident she went well beyond the scope of her job to ensure my experience at the Avalon Studio City was superb. Thank you Maya and to everyone else at the Avalon!

I'm going to really miss this place, but I have to move for work. Always got great support from the leasing office and maintenance staff. They just completed a gigantic renovation of my bathroom and kitchen and the new stuff all looks gooorgeous. (Big thanks to Mike Marrolli and Traci Littlefield for overseeing all that.) So sad I won't get a chance to enjoy it myself!

I have had the pleasure of living at Avalon Studio City and the leasing office and their employees have met the most exceptional expectations. Maya Abdelnour in particular has been ever so comforting with me and has made every process simple and stress free. She is both professional and compassionate to her clients and it is significantly because of her that I have loved living here and am truly sad to leave.

Staff is great, location is great. Apartments are better designed to get the most out of the sq ft than most other places I’ve lived in. Arthur has been very great keeping up with are service requests as well. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Avalon Studio City is such an amazing place to live! From the amenities to apartment space to location is unbeatable! The leasing associates, maintenance team — even the neighbors! — are amazing!

All of the workers are great. Danny goes out of his way to help in any way he can. It makes things that much easier.

This is a great community to live at and a big reason why I enjoy it here is the friendly maintenance staff such as Maria. She always greets tenants, always has a smile on her face, works hard and keeps the building clean.
