The food is just tragic. Most of the food was undercooked. The staff was definitely not attentive and was ignoring me. They just don't care about ALL of their customer's needs. They need to be available when you need something. Also have to mention the restaurant was incredibly dirty. Saw some rats running past my table. 1/5 stars.

Bad service. Come and wait about 20 minutes. The girl just showed us the table, then no menu. 5 minutes later, we figured out where the menu was. Continued to wait 15 minutes and no one come to take order. Very very bad service.

Highly recommended if you have a banh cuon craving. Tasted just exactly how I remember it in Vietnam. I usually get the #1 combo that includes both the shrimp and the pork banh cuon. Everything tasted very fresh from the actual rice rolls to the herbs and toppings.

Service is great and it’s a family owned business. Everyone pitches in from the younger generation serving the food and the older generation cooking. Even grandma makes an appearance to talk to customers. Love this place and looking forward to coming more often.

The food is good but service is slow, plus there are many empty tables but they like people to wait outside

Came from WA and was hoping to eat some good food. Came at 1: 15 and they wouldn’t accept us saying they were closed. Not recommended.

This place makes good banh cuon. Not too greasy. I would give a 5 if they included the beansprouts.

Small restaurant but the banh cuon is excellent. The #1 banh cuon dac biet (7.99$) on the menu is probably the best choice if you are new because you get 3 types of banh cuon and plenty of toppings in it. The banh cuon on its own is spot on and they do a great job on giving you plenty of it. I personally love Banh Cong with my banh cuon but sadly their banh cong is not the best. It was too dense and the crunch wasn't there for me. I also tried their #12 banh cuon thanh tri thit nuong and was disappointed in their thit nuong. They do give you a lot of it but it didn't blew me away on the flavor. However I have to commend them on their service. Our waitress were patient and super nice so that's a thumbs up. Excellent banh cuon, great prices, and nice portions, a 5 stars from me for sure.

First time at this place, rice noodles were incredible. My family and I ordered different dishes from the menu to try, noodles are as fresh as they get since they are being cooked right in front of you. The flavors of minced pork cooked with onions and mushrooms were right on point, the soup broath was nice and rich just like in Vietnam. Overall a great experience, will definitely go back.

I had the special plate. It includes 2 each of plain, dried shrimp, and ground pork rice crepes. It comes with plenty of toppings: steam and fried pork sausage, fried tofu, egg roll, garnish with fried shallots and veggies, and mixed fish sauce for dipping! NOM NOM

Quite frankly the best and most loaded Banh Cuon in town!

As it was my first time trying this spot, I opted for the #1, which is their "Dac Biet"/ Special. It comes with plain, shrimp and pork banh cuon/ rice sheets, along with the usual accoutrements, including but not limited to fried/ crunchy French onions, bean sprouts/ cilantro/ mint, both fried and steamed pork roll, fried tofu, fried green bean ball and a freakin bomb crispy egg roll. So good, in fact, I think it might be one of my latest favorites for egg rolls.

The rice sheets are cooked fresh and made to order! Otw to the bathroom there was a window into the kitchen with the cooks making the food hot and fresh. Service was quick and very friendly.

I can't wait to return to try their Bun Rieu, which is my favorite thing to eat ever and hard to find a place that makes it well outside of eating your grandma's/ mom's/ aunt's/ etc. Gonna be hard because I'll want to order the fully loaded Banh Cuon again!

Great food, staff is nice, cash only though. If you don't know what to order, number 1 is always a good start.

The food is good and it's very inexpensive comparing to other restaurants. They mainly serve banh cuon and a few noodle soup. Banh coun are steamed flat noodles, it can be wrapped in minced meat or other kinds of meats as well. The banh coun texture here is thin and smooth. And the fish sauce served is good as it's not too spicy, too sweet, or too salty. This place is located in a commercial business plaza so don't expect to find other eateries nearby. Bring cash no credit cards accepted.

I love this place! I have random banh cuon cravings every now and then. A good friend recommended this place, so we came by to try it. My friend and I shared an order of the combo plate with the meat rice sheets and the shrimp rice sheets and an order of the pork-filled rice rolls. So gooood! The rice sheets were so soft and fresh.

There's a waiting list that you write your name down and wait for them to call you. Superb service too! They're very busy with dine-ins and also take outs but very quick and efficient.

I had some leftovers and reheated them, and it was still very good! Would definitely come back if given the opportunity! Cash only.

What's Good: our favorite place for Vietnamese Banh Cuon. And that's all they got (or at least worth getting).

Get the Banh Cuon Dac Biet (#1) for all three variety of rolls - rolled with pork, shrimp, and plain. Once you know what you like, then you can get a full plate of a specific roll. Like the Pork Rolls + Shrimp Rolls (#3).

The sauce (nuoc mam) is the key ingredient though - that's what makes all the flavors come together. It's the same sauce you pour on all of them.

Other Notes: my other option for Banh Cuon is Tay Ho, which has many locations in Little Saigon so maybe more convenient, but this place is a tad better.

This is a small family-run shop in a quiet business park but they definitely have the best banh cuon in OC by far. It can get pretty busy but people are in and out pretty quickly, and the people who work there are always nice and attentive. Remember if you're ordering take-out by the pound, you need to call a day ahead. Individual to-go orders can be done on the spot however.

The food is great but i don't like these businesses run by greedy Asians. Why, cuz they take cash only to avoid paying tax fee. Such a typical low-life and disgusting of East Asians. I will demand the government of California to impose new law requiring all businesses must accept BOTH ways of payment with no condition: card or cash.

Pleasant service. I only had takeouts but the food were fresh and tasty, and still pretty good the next day.

Love everything we got! The line was a bit long but they try to turn table fast. Waitress was friendly and observant. Best ban cuan we had. Bun rieu came out after we demolished most of the food on the table but its tasty and comforting. Will be back again.

Came here for the first time based on the very highly rated Yelp reviews. My sons and I arrived around 2: 15pm so there were only two tables still occupied by diners. Both my sons ordered #3, half pork and half shrimp rice sheets, and I ordered #10, vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, egg roll, and mixed green.

The pork in my order were either way overcooked on a pan or reheated with too much power or too long in a microwave. The texture of the vermicelli noodles were hard and not as tasty as what I had experienced in other Vietnamese eateries. Even the fish sauce is not as flavorful as what I expected.

One of my sons let me try his dish. The rice sheet had lost much of its softness and the filling, either the pork or the shrimp, did not taste fresh.

At the end of the meal, my sons and I all concluded that this place is on the 'will not return' list.
