BB Nail Spa, Roseville CA

First off, very happy the nail salons are open again! BB's is very clean and they are set up to protect patrons by wearing face shields/masks themselves and there's Plexiglas between them and the patrons as well as between customers themselves. Both my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the full service pedicures and the ladies were very conscientious and precise as they made sure we were happy with each step. My mom wants to go back at least once a month, guess I'll tag along to make sure she gets there ok.

The woman who did my nails used a "very, very old" file (she admitted this to me when she made me bleed and was surprised). Because I had gotten a nail infection once before at BBs, I had brought antibiotic cream with me (I was thinking at that time that the infection was not from them that is why I went again). However, she grabbed a dirty tool (not sterilized and dipped it into some powder and stuck it into my open wound before I could stop her. Then she wiped my blood off her file with her buffer.but the buffer back with her tools an kept using the file. I was horrified. Needless to say. I got another infection. They are not licensed. I they were they would sterilize their tool and not reuse files. GROSS!

Great Staff, super friendly, clean. BUT, when I got home and actually looked at my gel nails, there's lumps, areas that are uneven that my husband even pointed it out, nails that arnt as shiny. I'm so upset because I go on vacation soon and not only that I spent $90 on this and I'm nervous if I ask for a correction that they will charge me again.
If you are getting a Mani and pedi. I would suggest getting them done separately and not done at the same time. I believe the lighting and awkward angle for the manicure is what made my nails not look so great because like I said the technician was great.
Super bummed because I wanted to like this place so much.

B N B nails is the only place my family and I will go! They are so clean. Incredibly friendly. And effective at taking you even when you just walk in. I never have to wait. And love the staff here!

Julie was so patient and did an amazing job on my five year old daughters nails. We love this salon!

They completely clean around your nails. I had to come home and finish cleaning myself. They also put layers and layers of gel and then it just comes off. I paid 65 for nothing.

Got a pedicure, and a gel manicure and was so happy with them! The service is 10/10, it smells lovely, calming music is playing, and there's even bird noises! I left feeling so relaxed and ready to conquer anything. I've found my nail place! (:

My gel was done in a rush. As a result, it started peeling off after just a few days. The woman also seemed annoyed with my questions and comments. I'd definitely choose a different place next time.

The prices are super reasonable and for a gel mani or pedi (or both!) they can always accommodate walk ins.

The people who represent this spa are some of the kindest and artistic individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They care about their customers and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. I'm always excited to come here for some glam! Thanks BB Nails!

Worst nails ever! So disappointed and which I would’ve listened to my gut walking in when I saw how filthy the place was! Nikki did my nails and seemed annoyed with every question or comment I made. She was in such a rush and now I see why! I spent $130 there and am now going to ANOTHER salon to have my nails fixed. They also charged me to paint my daughters nails and we’re going to let her walk out with one coat of polish.take heed and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Staff is hands down some of the most friendly, herdworking, accommodating people I’ve ever met. I’m always remembered, respected and treated like a king. There’s no where else I’d ever go to get pedicures with my girlfriend than here.

Today was my first time in and I could not be happier with my experience. I'm newer to the area and a friend of mine recommended we come here when I mentioned wanting a new nail place. We had great conversation with the manicurists and they did an amazing job. I travel frequently and it usually takes a few different times to find a salon that I would frequent. BB Nail Spa is definitely top notch!

Lihn (pedi) and Tina (mani) did a great job! That didn't even give me grief about using my tools and polish!

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. The lady was filing my skin. I asked her to be more careful but it kept on happening. I work in the dental field and now thanks to her I have cuts all over my fingers. I got a matte top coat but she didn't cover the whole nail. So now I have matte nails with shiny areas. Very unhappy. Will not go there again.

Lee is great! Always accommodating and is fast. Does a great job every time. Highly recommend Lee.
