BB Nail Spa, Roseville CA

Very disappointed in this establishment. I came in here earlier today with my girlfriend to get her nails done. When we first walked in we were greeted with a very rude welcome. Then she was seated and from there on it went even more down hill. My girlfriend asked her if the shape of her nails could be changed and she just rudely handed her a menu with pricing. My girlfriend was confused and was then informed it cost extra to change shape, cracks, (and anything else pretty much) she then went on being rude when my girlfriend was being silent (all for asking why they charge extra to file the nails) the lady then made a scene and asked in English if someone else could do my girlfriends nails because she doesn't understand anything. She made my girlfriend feel very embarrassed and shocked. We then took our business else where. Very sad a place so nice on the outside can be such a disappointment on the inside. I recommend no one waste their precious time and hard earned money.

Great atmosphere, great people, great service. Went there for the first time and will come back. Michelle did a good job! Thank you.

Love coming in and having Jessica do my nails! She is absolutely the best. The rest of staff is so friendly and services are great!
