Beach Bum Holiday Rentals & Property Management, Pismo Beach CA

We recently rented from AIRBNB a property managed by Beach Bum Rentals. First, we had no idea that a management company was renting us the property. The purpose of using AIRBNB is the keyless contact. The office is located in downtown PISMO, very congested area and not convenient. We went to pick up our keys and the AIRBNB was not ready-and they had to the nerve to ask me to fill out paperwork. WHAT? It's a AIRBNB rental, we did not rent this property through Beach Bum Rentals. Note: They even asked prior to our arrival for a copy of my driver's license, which AIRBNB has already validated us. Now, that we have covered their wonderful rude Customer Service, let's discuss how they are handling this property. We arrived at the property and everything was closed up, so it was extremely hot. They left us no instructions how to operate anything and did not provide enough towels for our 3 night stay. We contacted them immediately about the ceiling fan not working in the bedroom, since the place had no A/C. They advised us that they were closing in 5 minutes and would deal with it tomorrow. (THEY NEVER DEALT WITH IT). Then, the toilet began to constantly run and we tried to rectify the problem ourselves. We called the office when they opened at 9 a.m. And the lady had an attitude about fixing the toilet, like it was a burden to them. I said, just send someone out to fix the toilet and no one showed up that day. I called again the next day at 9: 07 a.m. And said they would call me back when the plumber was on their way. The plumber did show up a few hours later and fixed the problem. We've never experienced this situation with any private owner of an AIRBNB. DO NOT GO THROUGHT THIS AGENCY FOR RENTALS IN PISMO. It's just a shame that they are not maintaining this property for the owner whom hired them to rent it out for them.
