They are the worst when it comes to customer service and maintenance calls. Ive had major issues with the plumbing flooding my unit more than 3 times since I've been renting and it takes them weeks to clean up.their maintenance people are unprofessional and not qualified.

They do not deserve one star. Do not use them as a resource to find a apartment. They take your application fee and never return your calls. You can call and call and call; leave a message but they will not call you back. They are very insufficient and lazy handling new applicants. No status updates nor do they even attempt to help you. Moved here to California from another state. Now I see why there are so many homeless people. Bad Management and incompetent.

This company really sends through hell and high water to rent a property as a qualified tenant. Then once they find out you qualify, and extend you the offer to rent the property they do not do what needs to be done to the property prior to the move-in date. Since I rented one of the property managed by them there was a gas leak they were not prompt on fixing, they gave me a really hard time about it, and then they finally sent a plumber and the plumber found the leak. They lied and said they sent past control inly find find out that past control had not been out to the property in a long time.the answers I have gotten "that is not my problem ", statements like the one mentioned is unprofessional and un-necessary.

I haven't moved in yet, but have had a couple maintenance requests prior to move in. Everyone from customer service to maintenance has been friendly and responsive

Just aweful. No help from these people at all. Just a bunch of, oh we can't do anything over the phone and our files are at an off site location. Their customer service dpt is located in the same place. However, they can't give me a number to speak with them. Smh

Lived in a unit managed by this company! Poor communication, poor response time to any maintenance emergencies. They show up to do work without any notice. They are rude and generally just dont care. Not much you can do as a tenant but let people know. Dont use this company to manage your property!
