The food was amazing. We did have a slight problem with our order. I emailed customer service and Nick, the store manager called me within 10 minutes. I was shocked. I didn’t expect to get a reply. He was very apologetic and was truly concerned. He most definitely made it right. We always celebrate all of our birthday’s, and other holidays at Benihana. With COVID we didn’t want to pass on a tradition, as it was my mom’s birthday. So we ordered in. Thanks to Nick, it was a great experience. Thank you very much.

The Best Benihana that's "somewhat close to me". Even during this Covid era the food is good. Just order BEFORE you get hungry. 30 minutes is the typical wait time for curbside.

I haven't been here for several years. We really enjoyed the food, large portions and really good service.

Food is always good here so if you like dinner and a show, is a solid choice! Service can be hit or miss unfortunately but funny let it deter you.

First time came to this place. This place is terrible. You HAVE TO make a reservation first before get into a seat. Although I was the first customer who waited in the door and seemed no one took the seats (they had plenty of seats), they said"you have to wait 30 mins"with a dirty look and rude. This business seems don't wanna earn money. Never gonna go back again!

The Teppan experience is awesome. Steak, scallops, shrimp, chicken, freak grilled onions, zucchini, mushrooms chicken fried rice were prepared as the cook entrained us. It is especially awesome for a birthday celebration. We had a 9 year old boy at our grill and his eyes were filled with awe. Everything was DELICIOUS!

My chef was benny, and let me tell you he was the best chef I've ever gotten at benihanas, my son was amazed by him.thanks benny for giving me a great birthday

This place was magical, the chef did cooking magic, and he made an onion volcano, and he made good food

Former employee at this location, I'm enlisted in the Army and shipping off in 5 months. Asked for weekend only, never got my request. I have school during the week, Benihana did not work with my schedule. I care about quality time with my loved ones before my ship date but seems to fly over all the Managers heads when notifying them of my future career. DONT RECOMMEND WORKING AT THIS LOCATION!

Didn't get orders right to much onion and garlic to the point of wanting to vomit, and I like onion. Waiter nice shef weird very weird.

The chef burned the rice. Then he over cooked the shrimp. Then he dried out the chicken. He needs to be retrained.

We've been here for a quick snack - and we were not disappointed; the bento was well composed, the appetiser was also good; it was all well served, too. Thumbs up!

Delicious! This location has been extremely reliable with the quality of their food and service. I have been coming here around 20 times a year for a decade and have a wonderful time with friends and family every time. I don't know what it is about this location, but the chefs and servers are always amazing.
Definitely recommend for date night and parties of eight. Speak up and you'll get what you want, and ask questions for a top notch experience.

Over rated our cook was the worst and they are way over priced even for lunch you don't even get a whole shrimp.will not return

Hmmmnmmm. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience this time.service was not so good, food was a little cold, so manager did help out & gave us a discount, but in all, slow service won't stop me from coming back to benihana's.it just mite have been a slow night I like the food,

A group of friends came to celebrate my birthday with me. We had a delicious meal. The chef did a great job, it was entertaining and the food was amazing. They separated out each course perfectly. I had a wonderful time and will definitely go back.

Great service, great food. It's everything you expect from a typical teppan restaurant. Being a chain, there are a few gimmicky things, but we weren't bothered by them.

I'm a HUGE fan of Benihana but every single time I've gone to this particular location in the last year, I've been disappointed. Terrible customer service, slow ser Even when I was able to speak to the manager, she was kinda rude and very unapologetic. I won't waste my time or money at Ontario Benihana anymore, it's worth the drive to go to Anaheim or San Diego.

I would never go again, there service is horrible, it took them 40 minutes to seat us 30 minutes to start our food, 30 minutes to get our food, 20 minutes to get some sauce, it was on a weekday at 2PM.
