Great restaurant if you have the time. We went for a Business lunch and it was 2 hours from the time we got there.

Good and service was great! Have been to many different Benihanas and thisbone was one of the best. Food was above average from a seasoning and cooking temoerature standpoint. Service was above average, fast, and efficient. Even requested extra garlic butter on the side and they brought a good amount without question. Great experience!

Love going to benihana and this is my favorite location always good service and food is always top notch.you will always leave with lunch for the next day without a doubt, (and taste just as good). Will always be my favorite place for date night

We had a party of 6. It was to celebrate 2 birthdays. It was a great place to have dinner. And my family will definitely be back again. One thing you must have a Registration or you could wait 1 hour or more.

My kids favorite restaurant. I'll never forget one of the chef did for my son he's seen one of the other kids at our table got some corn and he wanted some he had asked the chef if he can have corn to I turned to him and told him he should have asked earlier because they had already took his older that Chef had called to one of the wait staff and told him to bring him some corn my son was so excited that he got corn to. I appreciate it

Had reservations and got seated immediately. Chef was very accommodating to everyone's special requests, he entertained the baby. Scallops were delicious. Only reason 5 stars not given is because hostess sat our party which included an infant with 2 lovey dovey couples. Table matching should be approached with a little more diplomacy.

Server was Alyssa and chef was Sanchez. Both were very friendly and kept the table smiling. Food was amazing as usual! Thank you!

The filet mingon was incredibly tastey and tender. The cook was amazing and did magic tricks as well as keeping my kids entertained. Oh yeah and cooked an amazing meal for the 8 of us.

Comping people who I have to fight just to get my chair is beyond ridiculous. I had a party of 2, the other person in my party was in the restroom when we got called, but the waitress sat us down saying party of two these chairs, party of 2 these two middle tables. And the second couple (not my party) refused to sit where she wanted them to and I had to physically pull the chair after telling them twice that that chair was for my party of 2. They then proceed to talk loudly about how rude I was, and when confronted they said they weren't talking about us even though they said, "She's so rude just let us sit down at the table. " And they got a free meal and were comped on top of it. Like management really is gonna promote that kind of bullying and obnoxiousness? Communal dining already sucks due to lack of space, but you're gonna tell them it's okay to take my chair and to sit well past the plate of the person next to them the entire meal? No. Fix yourselves.

Me and my wife ordered the salmon. Benny our chef cooked our food and our salmon was raw in the middle. Benny put our fish back on the grill and added more oil and butter. Benny served the salmon again and it was still raw. I couldn’t eat my meal. Everything else the noodles and vegetables were drowning in oil. The manager offered to cook two more salmon, but we were over it. We spent 2 hours and 10 minuets there. Never again. Very expensive for nothing

Im sitting here at our table so unbelievably irritated. We had a 630 reservation for a bday and its nearly 8pm. We havent been served food. The chef hasnt even arrived and my kids have school tomorrow. We complained and they still havent sent anyone over. It took them forever to seat us.
To top it off we have a birthday coupon and they said it cant be used because its not printed.
They just walked over and said the chef will be here in 10 min. They have said that 3 times!

The food was good however not worth the price we paid. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and our cooker Didn’t make a show. They offer to box our food, five-ten minutes after we got our food. I went there with my husband and toddler, I normally feed my toodler first then I eat right after. I felt rushed and not welcomed as soon as they Boxed everyone’s food sitting on my table.

We made reservations for this place and couldn't even give us an estimation on the wait time she assumed 15 to 20 minutes. Well then what's the point of making a reservation a week in advance?

I love this place they serve amazing food and give a dinner and a show great place for a birthday but a little on the expensive side but overall amazing

The food is so amazing and Eric is the best cook! I don't know what he does to make the food so b.o. M.b.

This place is gone downhill big time with the management there now is really crappy, air conditioning has never worked or busted all the time. Never coming back again

Once again, as so often in Rancho Cucamonga, it's a chain. But, given that, I can honestly say that we've never had a bad meal here. If there were half-stars, I'd give it 4 1/2. The chefs do all the gimmicky tricks, blah blah blah, but it's the food that's the star here. We've tried about half the menu over the years and we've enjoyed everything we've tried.

Beyond our expectations Chavez was an awesome chef, will request him on our next visit food was the best

Omg this was such an amazing expierience with the help of the floor manager his name was leo.he was great and welcoming.hopefully he is still there.
