Best Buy has always been my favorite place to buy my electronics from TV to laptops. I will not buy from no where else but Best Buy.

I used curbside pickup and was patiently waiting for purchase to be brought to me, however I realized it was taking a lot longer then usual. An employee who had already helped curbside for a customer walked passed my truck and stopped to ask me if I needed help and of course I did, so the gentleman that was dealing with curbside purchases, couldn't find my order so he went back into store to find out where my purchase was and I was on my phone figuring out where my order was and for some reason a different store was listed for me to pick up purchase. So long store short employee from Best buy when above and beyond customer service for me without even asking for his help. Very impressed. There needs to be more people like the gentleman employee who ROCKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received.

My phone wouldn't charge. Brian saved the day by cleaning the internal phone charger contacts and it was returned to full function! He saved me hundreds of dollars!

I went to the store for a router. I wasn't sure what I needed. The salesperson there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. I got exactly what I needed at a good price.

Usually Best buy is fantastic memorial day however was frustrating the store was not that busy and I waited almost 40 minutes in the appliance area and finally had to track down another employee to help me. Employees would come over to the appliance area look at me and walk away. I was frustrated as one young man was explaining a warranty to two women of course good looking for over 30 minutes while there was a line of people waiting. Although I did make a purchase today it was frustrating to see employees just standing around. On the other side of that the cashiers were great customer service was great. I'm a contractor and all I can say is sales staff watch out you can be replaced

The customer service here is fantastic. I had a little issue with a purchase and they fixed it right way. I will definitely be going back to this Best Buy!

Compared to the other Best Buy that I left a one star review this doesn't even feel like the same store. The store felt clean, laptops had proper displays, and the employees actually approach us to help with information. At the other store it felt like I had to beg for help. I got a laptop here and had a great experience, informed us all of the available services, and was super friendly. For the Best Buy's in the area I would model your store off of this one.

You can't walk and ask question at text desk. After getting appt.for next day, the technical guy was very helpful. Took care of my device easy peasy. Call for appt. Before you go it is not walk in.

The product selection and product quality are excellent. The service is very good when you can find it as they are quite busy. They will ask you to buy a warranty on more pricey items but i recommed foregoing that. I paid $35 for a warranty on a printer a month ago and still no paperwork. Overall, a good but not great shopping experience.

If I could give zero stars I would, I'm so frustrated with Best Buy. All I want is someone to return my call regarding the new tv I recently purchased but that's proving to be unattainable. I've been waiting for 4 Months for an appointment! I've called and spoke with many people (Rachel, Josh, Malcolm, the list goes on) but so far no one has been able to return my call. So unacceptable, unprofessional and you get the gist. Buy your tv elsewhere. I'd return mine but I like it.

It was an alright experience. No one came up to me when I was in the phone area looking at smart watches. I looked and saw 3 employees just talking, wasn't sure if they were on break or not, so I didn't wanna go up to talk to them, but after about 5 minutes of waiting/looking at them, one of them finally came up to me and asked if they can help me.

Took a little while to get some help in the laptop section, but the service was excellent and they were very helpful. Helped me get a very good deal on a new laptop.

Had bought a printer came home hooked it up and it did not work as well as we liked. Brought it back returned and got another type of printer. Return was quick and got what we wanted. Friendly associates.

It is meh? I mean it is best buy. The customer service seems ok, over bearing at times but ok. Some of the tech is a bit over priced but they price match to an extent. And it is in a decent location. But if you have been to a best buy you have bin to them all. It is just a semi ok tech store.

How long before this lousy company goes out of business? Online bought a combo deal of Moto E5 Play, case, Cricket SIM, Cricket $25 airtime card for pickup here. The employees at the pick up desk could not figure out how to scan everything and hand off to me, even after involving a manager. Eventually after 20+ min they manager overrode everything and re-sold me the items a la carte. What a joke, but at least I got what I ordered. Fast-forward 5 days later: I would like to return the entire package as the phone is slow and subpar. Everything is in tip top shape, have all receipts, etc. Not only am I hit with heavy restocking fees on the phone ($35 fee on an $80 phone) and case, but am I told that the Cricket airtime card simply cannot be refunded. Had not even opened the cricket SIM or scratched the code on the back of the card! In other words, I am now out $60 and a ton of time/hassle for trying to return a subpar $120 package. Steer very clear!

I needed a phone case for my new Galaxy S8. I walked into this location in Citrus Heights. I asked a employee for some assistance. I told him what model phone I needed a case for. And he rudely said that I did not have an S8. At 1st I thought it was funny because he didn't just come from AT&T and spend $900 on This phone that I am currently using. Long story short this is not the 1st time I received substandard assistance from this best by. I believe that they have a few unqualified employees working at this location with poor attitudes.
