If you really want some help and customer service and have questions on an item, Don't go here. I went there to ask some questions about a digital picture frame. The lady at the front called for some help I waited about 10 minutes. A man came over and didn't know anything about it just gave me some general things that I could read from the box. I left and we'll never go back there to buy another item from there I'll go elsewhere. Best Buy used to have excellent customer service but I guess with all the cutbacks they can't afford to have knowledgeable people anymore. Too bad, I used to just love that store.
