Best Buy, City of Industry CA

Every time I walk into BestBuy employees look at me like I'm going in to steal something. Services is bad and no one to talk to when I have questions about a product. This is why I buy online! Go to YouTube for a great review on a item that you are interested in before buying that way you can avoid lousy attitudes and mean faces at BestBuy! Don't go to the Best Buy in City of Industry Save yourself

Do not buy here, the staff was mean and they make up some reasons to not letting you to return your stuff!

I used to work at this location, but now it's like a ghost town with no computer services, they have to send it all out for additional cost.

Really bad customer service at this location i wanted to purchase a $400 dollar camera and some toy for my kids and the wanted to put me on a waiting list and we ask 2 associates and no body help us.

Used to be my favorite location. Staff has little concern for people they're supposed to be helping.

This Best Buy in Montebello, California is my favorite. The Customer Service staff is always friendly and courteous. I shop here when I can and if I'm not able to find what I want, I will go to another location.

This Best Buy is the best! Excellent customer service. Fast service in and out within 20 minute depending on what I'm buying.

Ordered my printer online for curbside pickup. Got to the parking lot and waited less than 5 minutes.

Right now they're limiting how many people they let in. I gave this place five stars because of the help I've gotten from The geek squad. Let me give you an example. My iPhone wouldn't turn on so I went to the Apple store in Brea and waited in a long line and then they gave me a note and told me to come back in two days. I stopped at Best buy on the way home and The geek squad took my phone immediately and fixed it while I waited. On top of that it was free. I'll never set foot in an Apple store again. I build custom water cooled computers and Best buy has helped me get hard to find parts that I needed. It's a great place

Peoples work there are nice, but most of them don't know how to proceed the order with trade in the phone for purchase the Note9.

Worst geek squad service. My phone was here for a total of 20 days. Original eta was 3 days. In that time the website to check status wasn't updated, phone conversations were no help, trips to the store lead to misleading information. Not sure if it's apples fault or geek squad not having the proper tools to fix my iPhone. 1800geeksquad number just made it worse. They closed my case without returning my phone to me. Very dissatisfied

Good place to shop for electronics, but service from reps might be a little slower some times if they can't find your products

I liked the facility, very organized, staff was friendly, and I ended up finding an item that I needed (a new computer mouse).

I've never been pressured to buy any product or discourage not buy a products, this last time I was at two different best buys Industry and Fullerton stores. There sale tactics have changed. I guess if this keeps up, I guess Costco or Amazon is looking a lot better?

Good location with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Employees are enthusiastic to help, they assist in finding exactly what you're looking for without lollygagging, and overall in general assured I do have a quality visit to the store.

Rude and overpriced. Everything is an additional fee, and u can't get anywhere if u have questions. And what's the point of getting issued an e-gift card if we are not allowed to use it in the store anymore even tho the gift card says to? Ridiculous! Never been to a store where everything is such a hassle.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff, nice selection of electronics in store. You can walk in not knowing what you need and walk out with all your needs met and then some

If you like seeing and touching your electronics and consumer products Rather than buying them on a website, then this place is for you.

No customer service, it seemed like the employees were more eager to talk to each other instead of helping customers.
