28We went for a phone case for a galaxy j3 I spend almost 20min looking for it. There is nothing for this phone only for iPhones
The staff was nice and helpful. They gave us a very great deal/discount. The store is nice and clean, very organized making it easy to find what one is looking for. They have a restroom available to customers or to anyone really, its located at the back of the store. Parking is easily accessible, and not a lot of people are there. They also offer educational discounts.
Limited selection. Lots of sales people but not very helpful. I am not a very technical person. I tried to explain what I was looking for and the person looked at me like I was a caveman.not cool.
Customer service was fantastic. Tish helped me out with online order pickup and she was very quick and helpful! I was out of the store with my products in no time.
This best buy has pretty good customer service dont buy anything used here its trash and half the time they dont even tell you what your insurance covers.
The kid who helped us, I believe his name was NICK, was very knowledgeable about the big screen TV's and helped us make a good choice.he deserves a big raise!
Good customer service from appliances nice prices, managers need a bit more training on customer services
Poor customer service. They never have anything in stock. They never answer phone calls. Trying to find a worker is like "Where's Waldo. " They no long carry cd's, their movie selection is poor at best. Most items are well overpriced. When you do find an employee, their favorite answer is "go to the website. " Why would I go to the website when I'm already here and am wanting it now? ! I would never recommend this store, nor any Best Buy for that matter.
