Best Buy, Roseville CA

I love going to Best Buys only place I can go and Feel young (I'm 59) the avg age of customers is just a hair below 103 with that said Best Buy employees are ALWAYS very helpful knowledgeable and always ready to help have never had a bad experience there

1 register open than it seemed like all of us customers were ready to check out at once. WIthin 60 seconds of there being a line the manager came up opened all registers to help. 60 seconds later all of of were out the door great job! 2 min checkout now thats great customer service.

I left 4 stars a year ago now changing to 1 star, this place is f.g unbelievable I bought significant amount of products here but lately either product has issues and cannot return and they transfer like 7 times and hang up and its just plain ridiculous.

Went in to buy a fairly expensive camera and because of how i was dressed (construction) i got no customer service other than a hello and pointed at the camera i asked for. You would think the guy dress in work clothing has money! Oh well i left with out it and went to another best buy

I had to wait almost an hour to have my screen protector on my iphone and the guy messed it up the protector, so much dusts and dirts under screen protector that I had to buy another one and put on myself. They charge to put screen protectors on phones but dont put it properly.

It's a alright place to shop if you know what you want. Don't rely on the people there to give you any real help, Most of the employees I find don't know what they are talking about.

Roseville best buy is okay. The one in Natomas is better gotta keep it real with ya chief. Even if there is now a lack of blu optical discs.

Pretty nice, clean, well managed store with all the knick knacks and technology you'd come to expect from Best buy.

Did not like food no taste and no catering to customer. Asked for side of cranberry sauce with side of cornbread dressing but they don't give side. Who wants dry dressing. Then side of dumplings without chicken was ridiculous. They also would not allow exchange for different pie with Turkey meal because you don't like pumpkin pie even if you would pay extra. Bad customer service.

Bought a Chromebook there and was satisfied with the service I received from the guy working in that area. The Chromebook is working as expected and we are happy with it.

I bought a BRAND NEW TV $800 take home open up the first thing I noticed that the box not secure together between top & bottom piece but that does not alarm me yet until I took the top part of the box off then I saw the back of TV is filthy with dust. My family was so disappointed & feel disgraced by BEST BUY at this Roseville location.

I have not had the best experiences with Best Buy in the past because of sales people either being unknowledgeable about products they were selling or but Antonio was great. I came in to grab an antivirus software and he knew exactly where it was and helped me get it price matched as well

Knowledgeable employees. They were great. They knew exactly what I was looking for even when I didn't know the name of the product.

Best buy is alright. You will find occasional helpful service, and when you do, its great. But mostly its snobby people that are being inconvenienced.

The service at this particular store is above all others I have visited in the past. Very professional and thorough.

I left Frys and the lazy staff to Best Buy and loved it. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike Frys

Needed laptop repair. They have sent it out before, this time I'm to call HP myself and send it to them.

Recently bought a Dell Inspiron on Thanksgiving. Saved $200 on this great laptop. They had plenty of staff on hand to get people in/ out quickly & I greatly appreciated that.

I found my future refrigerator here, like, its my dream refrigerator, it has pizza storage in the freezer can you believe that. Ill come back to buy it when I need a new fridge.
