Sales associates are always helpful. I appreciate that they aren't paid commission because I feel like they aren't trying to sell me on a specific item.

Brad and Presley were I credibly helpful. We got just what we wanted much more quickly than we imagined. Definitely going back there the next time we need anything.

Came in looking for a smart watch. Waited 10 minutes, found an associate on my own, and was told to wait another 5 minutes. Decided to walk out and just give my businesses elsewhere. Funny how I get harassed every other time I'm here, but when I want help, it's over 15 minutes away.

They match prices with Amazon. Great consumer service, always get Geek Squad warranty, it is worth it and when something wrong free repairs or exchange.

The Auburn, CA store has knowledgeable staff and it is easier to get assistance than at some other stores in larger communities. I like this Best Buy when shopping for electronics!

I just purchased a phone based on the display of black phones. Get home to open the box and gave me a 'nice" pink phone. Not worth the $35 restocking fee now.

Not a huge fan but.their open box deals are usually sweet. Pricey and I can usually find online for cheaper. But when you want it now and hands on its a go to. Not a fan of their return policy

We've found many great deals from flash drives to TVs, TV displays, computers, etc. There's always a deal in their ads and the staff are usually very helpful.

5 stars would be something that blows me away or something I would be excited to go back to. This is more of a Good Buy.

We bought a cellphone and it was having problems within the first week. The return policy is 14 days to return if you don't like it. I did take the phone back and had NO problem returning it. My phone was broken so not sure if the return would have gone differently if it wasn't broken.

Not even worth one star the workers here were not helpful out all bought a computer and they could not help me a t all so OK took it back and went to Fry's where they helped me very disappointed in best buy I will never shop there again

Has almost all electronics you'll ever need along with amazing and helpful staff. Great place to buy anything tech related.
