This little Best Buy is doing a great job of serving their community during the pandemic. Henry and Lydia especially made me feel heard, helped, and safe while making special efforts to provide support for computer issues. Great job guys! Stay well.

Probably one of the more reliable stores to get electronics from. UPS took a while to deliver my Nintendo Switch and changed up the delivery date 3 times, though. I don't blame it on the actual store but it's good to know if you're ordering from it.

I had a stereo and speakers installed by Geek Squad I will never use geek squad again. The stereo was installed crooked, I was not informed by Best Buy or geek squad that when you buy new speaker the covers that come with them are useless.

Did not greet us when we entered. Should have been greeted as we entered. Didn't do an exit greeting

I had gone to return something and they weren't able to do the return for me but the store manager was very helpful By figurine out how I could fix my situation by calling a customer service number for the products that I had purchased. Because of that Friendly and helpful manager I will continue to use this store

Bought a stereo for my car. Said they could install it 3 weeks later went back that was there soonest appt. Geek squad dude was rude af and said he would have to cut my dash up? I wouldnt recommend going there I got the same stereo for half the price down the street. Loosers.

No customer service help around at all to help with camera's so just left. Poor customer service. Felt very uncomfortable.

For the past 2 plus months I go to my daughters house and do repairs every Saturday. Last Saturday the 25th I notice all my tools and power tools missing. The only people in and out of her garage were the people that delivered her washing machine from Best Buy. She said there were 3 guys who enter the garage to install her new washing machine. I now have to purchase many tools to complete my repairs. Be careful with this company and all companies that deliver to your home.

Bunch of con artist. Don't buy anything from there. They sell you a fake warranty then use wording in the contract to not back it up.

Very friendly crew. As my son and I walked through the store the staff would greet and offer their assistance. At checkout we found out that the headset we were purchasing still was showing a sales price that had passed. They honored the sales price.

I went into Best Buy to search for a phone that Best Buy has and this actual location does not always carry what Best Buy should have so if you're looking for a mobile device make sure you search online before you arrive to the store and waste your time.

They have certainly turn this franchise around making it much more conducive to shop there and feel comfortable about your returns if needed
