25I didn't even want to give one star I tried to call this place few times this morning got put on hold for all the transfers at the stupid automated things put me to and then I got hung up by Best Buy every time and then I go there and the help that I got the person was very rude
They have the latest stuff on technology. They persevere to be the best, eager to attend to costumer and and gives you options and ideas on whats hot in the market
Had a new stereo installed in an older vehicle. Didn't take long & technician made extra effort to have new stereo work with steering wheel controls.
Came because my daughter's tablet wasn't working correctly, and they quickly replaced it! No hassle at all.
I had to stand around for over ten minutes while the staff ignored me and helped everyone else around when I was finally acknowledged it was with a short curt attitude as if i was inconveniencing them! I came for a tablet, ps4 plus accessories and a gaming laptop since I only had to have the tablet right then and there I just bought that the rest i will purchase elsewhere and I just may return the tablet.
