I love going to Best Buy this is the best place and location for me they have good prices and they're willing to match pricing and the people that work there are always sweet

Horrible Customer Service:
I called and asked them to hold an item for me which was the last item in the store, I was told they will keep it at the front desk, I drove about 20 miles to get there, here I’m in the store, and they are telling the item was sold out!

Great customer service. We went there to buy a phone. Sprint didn't have what we wanted in stock. The young lady that helped us was very professional and very helpful. She made everything very easy she knows her job very well. She is a great asset to this company. Thank you young lady for your help. Sorry I didn't get your name.

The last time I was there they gave excellent service and we're very helpful in selecting what I wanted excellent place

Don’t waste your time. Preordered the new animal crossing a month in advance and I don’t even get it on the release date oh but don’t worry I get the bell bag on the release day. And the game a week later. A joke lol.

Love this place for all my gadgets and electronics purchase. I trust the staff on their knowledge of products and always get suggestions. My kids just like to rome around here also. Like it says in the name “best buy”, all my purchases made their were best so far.

Needed receipt for a previous purchase from a different location they pulled it up on their computer and printed out the receipt easy peasy thank you very much Best Buy

Much better service than previously but I didn't need any help this time. I could easily find what I was looking for and pay for it as there was no line.

This store is organized very well and it has a wide array of electronic gadgets. The customer service was excellent. Employees are friendly and conversational and willing to go the extra mile to assist customer needs.

Like any other best buy. I hated that this one is not doing a good update of their screens with prices and models available. It came up that what I asked for has been discontinued for a month, and it was still listed on these screens. Not pleased

Best Buy has been upping their game in a big, noticeable way lately. I went in to pick up smart lights and they had inventory of packs that were only available as a sale online direct from the manufacturer. Very impressed with not only their items, but their commitment to offering the lowest prices anywhere. They're definitely doing retail right in the face of Amazon; I prefer going to Best Buy now.

I visited on a Friday morning. I had a few people offer me help. The gentleman at the customer service desk was very helpful and professional. When I asked about student discounts at the register, the team was happy to help me find applicable promotions. I would visit again. Keep in mind the busy hours and hopefully you too will find that their staff offers great customer service. Better than I expected.

Recently puchased a macbook pro and the customer service was nothing but excellent and professional. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes.

Very disappointed again in best buy fry's was much better I will never shop bust buy again i tried three different locations with no satisfaction fry's helped me find what I need and I was happy there best buy lost over $2000 dollars in sells to me and a customer

This best buy is a big location and it is a little busier due to it's proxies to Arden Fair Mall. However they still off the same great customer service and products as the other best buy locations.

Interesting place. Way different feel to this location than other locations. Felt like a small warehouse, actually it was a small warehouse. Very bare bones, warehouse appearance. I should know I go into warehouses often. Employees were more interested in talking to each other rather than helping customers.

Bestbuy offers the best electronics products at the best prices. Bestbuy also offers the best customer service from helpful and knowledgeable associates.

Sales associates are unmotivated, have no product knowledge, and cannot give product demonstrations. They expect the boxes of merchandise to present and sell themselves. Is there anyone in the store with personal experience with the merchandise? No, I won't "take your word for it. " I want to see a demonstration, I want to see how the Wacom tablets work BEFORE spending money on one I might not like and be stuck with.

Only one cashier and more than 8 sales staff. Found what I was looking for and not one of the 8 or more sales staff offered assistance. Cashier was very nice.

Been going to this Best Buy for a long time service is always been pretty good they seem to have plenty of employees always willing to help you find something or help you with questions compared to other ones I've been to
