24I was at the this store for 45 min. I wasn't greeted in the phone accessories Dept at all despite being there for 10 minutes. I was looking for wireless headphones. Nothing. And I really need help. I even walked near a group of associates and stood near them looking at headphones and still nothing. The only reason the the 4 Stars is for Nick in the TV Dept. He was informative and patient with me and my TV questions.
Decent. They're one hour pick up is not one hour. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after that hour for my computer monitor. I was watching. They just had one guy doing all the orders and boy was he backed up with orders or something. They should have gave him some help.
Good store and very good staff they very helpful spatially Neshya that is helped me to change my line because i have a problem in it and she solved the problem.
Geek squad waste of money and time.bought 9000 series Samsung TV it keep turning off for no reason they came out 4 times and replaced mother board. Finally they replaced it with a inferior TV said that's all they could do. Ask to see a manager there reply was they don't have managers. Never bought another item at best buy
