Beverly Tower Wilshire Advanced Imaging Center, Beverly Hills CA

I came expecting to have to dit a while. After I signed in I was called in 10 mins. The service was prompt and sufficient. The technician was polite and very professional. As well as all of the attendants, both front desk attendants, were both courteous and kind.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service. All staff was extremely affable and professional. I highly recommend bringing your business here.:)

My appointment was at 12: 30pm and they ask to arrive 20 minutes early and which I did. Will behold stood in line the 20 minutes early waited to be served.
The lady behind the desk was on the phone with the tech because he’s running late and he should be here shortly Will that turn our to be 1 hour and 1/2. I had to go back up to the window to ask was I going to be seen then she reply he’s having problem with the lady on the table.
I have never experienced this type of service from Beverly Image. Will not take no more appointment on a Saturday. Very slow service. Then afterwards ask for a copy of my report same lady said take a seat a d she would get to me. Well behold she went waiting on other patients and sat another 20 minutes. Had to go back to the desk with minutes received the CD.

I have severe anxiety and with recent events have dreaded all the scans and tests I have to have done. But after disclosing my anxiety, previous reactions to tests and what looked like reading my body language, from the receptionist to the technician the kindness was overwhelming. During the MRI, the technician reminded me of my rights and right to refusal to do anything on multiple occasions and checked in on me often. I’m so glad I came here and they made this nerve wrecking experience as comfortable as possible.

I was treated with upmost respect and the facility was clean. The office and rooms were spacious allowing room for spacial distancing. I liked the lockers to put my personal belongings in, with a personalized code. I was concerned about my wedding ring set, which I never remove. I had been to facilities that use a key, but I know a key is metal and would not be allowed in the MRI. I would like to have read some literature on the code before the last minute. The staff made sure my lockers were secure before I left them. I was made comfortable during the procedure and was given both ear plugs and ear phones. I was told how long the procedure would last. I was very happy with my experience.

Easy to check in. On time appointment. Lasted exactly what was represented. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Great experience start to finish

I arrived 10 min early for my 11: 00am appointment and then it was 1hr and 15min before I was seen. Plus the procedure my Dr.requested was not entered into their system. What's the point of making an appointment and arriving on time if your not seen on time? Other than that, the individuals who handled my procedure once it was entered, were nice and attentive.

I have mild claustrophobia and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend this office.

The process of registering was straight forward by phone. We arrived half an hour early and completed few documents. The technician came out and called my name. The scanning process was very efficient and in half an hour I was done.
They had parking validation and I drove away.

It took 3 techs and four jabs to get an IV for an MRI scan in order to be able to inject the iodine contrast. Ouch! I had to be repositioned 4 times to do the abdomen and pelvis scans maybe because this was an older machine. The techs and office staff were nice. I prefer UCLA.

The wait was longer than anticipated for the time of day I arrived; however, the staff was cordial and professional.

They took me in 15 min after my appointment time. The ultrasound technician was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I am very pleased with this clinic! They are professional and they are very organized people and friendly My appointment was at 9: 00 O’clock and they help me so fast! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC

I was referred to this facility. Upon arrival, I was told that my service would be provided by an intern while the doctor stood-by instructing accordingly; the two of them spent most of the time chatting amongst themselves about images on the screen- I didn't know what was going on and I felt uncomfortable during the experience. As a side note, my name was called for service soon after arriving and checking in; I really appreciated that!

It says by appointment only. Unfortunately it doesn't really matter when your appointment is they will get to you when they can. I was scheduled to get an MRI at 10: 30 a.m. But I ended up getting told at 1: 30 p.m. That it would be at least 3 p.m. Before anyone saw me. I would only recommend this place if you don't have a job or anything planned during any given day that they schedule or reschedule you to

I don’t like anything that makes me think of doctors, hospitals or needles, but they made sign in easy, and we’re on time. My appointment was at 1: 20, and they saw my at 1: 30, and had me in and out in 45 minutes. I’d definitely recommend this place for people with anxiety, because the staff was courteous and very helpful.

I’ve been going to Beverly Towers Imaging for over 10years. All the staff here are kind, accommodating and highly professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone for any imaging needs!

Staff was friendly, I was seen on time, the facility was well kept and the Doctor I saw was friendly and professional. And.the parking was convenient and free! What more could you ask for?
