Clean facility. Kind and organized office, running about 15 minutes behind schedule. Sonogram went well with a skilled technichan. Very pleased with hteir services.

They have truly exceptional customer service! Christian at the reception desk in Beverly Hills was so accommodating and very helpful!

I waited for one hour and they forgot to call my name to do the procedure. Another lady was complaining of the long wait and the receptionist was giving her bad looks as if she has no right to complaint

Good service but remember to ASK for the CD of your images before you get dressed so they will work on it before you return to the lobby to wait. Very frustrating that it isn't an automatic question from them.

I'm glad we left early. Your staff was good, the ear plugs didn't really help. Maybe they should warn others. The machine sounds a bit like gun fire. Really loud.

The staff and the imaging doctors are very friendly, professional, and great at what they do! They also have good coffee in the waiting room!

Center was clean. People were friendly. Facilities are clean too. The imaging took about 30 minutes. Results have been pending for a couple weeks.

I want to thank the staff for their kindness, flexibility, understanding, and professionalism. I was late for my appointment due to traffic-Laurel Canyon was closed-but they made every effort to accommodate me. The ultrasound technician put me completely at ease and made the procedure as pleasant as could be. It is an elegant office in Beverly Hills and they made me feel like I was an important patient, and not just a routine appointment. Many thanks.

I've had to go to these people three or four times in the last couple of months they're very professional that get you in as quickly as possible you do what you have to do as far as testing and paperwork and you're in and out very quickly and everybody's always friendly

Friendly staff, scheduled same day & took me in even when I ended up being late. Gentle with IVs & very attentive.

Conflicting details about preparing for the MRI and two different arrival time. Was told to come an hour before my appointment and there was no need I just sat in the waiting room and no one came to get me till 20 minutes after my appointment. Then the staff ask if I fasted four hours before which I happened to but was not told to do so for the MRI

Great place great staff very friendly my mother is disabled all the staff came to lift her up to put her on the MRI table

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting room is pretty spacious. And I did not have to wait long to get X-rays and a MRI. Parking is behind the building. Park in the P3 area and they validate your ticket.

The people there made me feel very comfortable and assuring. They took the time to make sure I understood the process, and Christi who gave me the dye injection was very apologetic for any discomfort which made me feel very comforted. 5 outta 5

I'm a little claustrophobic and Deigo made me very comfortable and took time to relax me. He even put me in feet first since my MRI was on my lower back.
As much as I hated doing the imaging it couldn't have been performed with more consideration and empathy for me.
Easy to find, easy parking, great staff.
I highly recommend Beverly Tower Wilshire Advanced Imaging.

As far as medical appointments go, it was a very good experience. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly.

I was in and out very quickly. I would give them a 9/10.
