Excellent service, went there for a mammogram and was in and out in a min, very friendly people and awesome customer service. Thanks guys!

Today was perhaps my 15th year of test at the Women's center. They have been consistently a clean, sanitary (pre& post COVID-19) and technology current facility. The reception staff is courteous and welcoming. My techs today I had two test and therefore two compassionate, professional and knowledgeable techs. I am feeling grateful even as I wait my results.

Very professional at all phases of appointment.
Also, very kind "bedside" manner.

Beverly Tower Women’s Center is a great place to get your annual mammograms. They utilize technology to allow you to fill out virtual paperwork before the visit online. They provide text and email reminders. The staff is efficient, professional and kind. The equipment and facility is clean and updated. Lastly you are given a link to look up your history and results.

Could not have been a more pleasant experience. So friendly, so fast and efficient! Highly recommend.

The woman who did my mammogram made me feel so comfortable! She was so sweet and knew that it was my first time so she comforted me! I had an amazing experience

Everyone at the reception was nice and got inside quickly but the mammogram was painful. I don't think the person who did my mammogram has a lot of experience. I don't want to have any mammograms in my life, after this experience

My appointment was schedule @ 1: 00 PM and they call me to come earlier @ 12: 00PM. I agreed and was there on time only to be seating for over an hour to get my exam done. I don’t understand why would they change my time. Another patient got there around 1 and was seeing right after me. No one care to explained the reason for my long wait.

My technician was boss. Often you go to any facility and people have sour faces sour attitudes like they hate what they do.especially early in the morning. I wish I had gotten her name a person as pleasant as she deserves to have her name mentioned because she was a pleasant and welcomed surprise best tech I ever had. I also like that they have 7am appts and they get you in & out!

The group does a good job generally but my visit today was disappointing for the schedule. I had to get to work so I purposely made a 7 am appt and was there at 6: 40 am with paperwork etc ready. However, their staff wasn’t on time, they took another “later” appt in first so I had to wait 25 min after my time to be called (probably because I mentioned it). These guys usually get you in & out quick so I cut them slack today but I wasn’t happy. Tech was very nice an efficient!

Efficient staff and technicians. An added plus is being able to log on via computer and see test results online.

I was greeted professionally as usual. I have been seen here many times over the years. Great staff who do excellent work.

Service was prompt, staff was friendly. Staff try to process you as soon as possible.
NOTE: Some areas of the clinic were much colder than others the air conditioner needs to the same throughout the building.

they treated everyone with Professional & Respect
There office was Very clean

Everyone here was kind, friendly, and patient. I went for a bone density scan, which was so low key I nearly fell asleep, and the entire experience was great.
