World class courteous customer service. I would give 5 stars but their appointment making service gave me the wrong address adding a 0 to the address causing me to be late.

Everyone was very nice, professional and efficient! Going in for a mammogram was a pleasant experience, I was in & out in under 45 min! Highly recommended!

Although the wait for my test was long, the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She explained that the wait was due to an incorrect prescription. The technician was friendly and kind. She had given me a similar test last year and remembered me. She did a good job and had a professional demeanor.

I had a very pleasant experience during my appointment here. I felt the staff and technician's we're very pleasant and professional. And I also like being able to review my results on line.

Very organized and efficient. With the paperwork and wait time, I was out of there pretty quick. Thanks to Lupe for a swift mammogram! My first ever, and I didn’t leave crying. See you next year!

I've been going to mammogram every six months, for one breast and every year for both, never had such a rude behavior as today.

The nurse who did the mammogram was really rough, when i was out I asked the lady who went before me, she was waiting for ultra sound as well, that she has the same experience.
I think she is new or what I am not sure but she is in the wrong business with that kind of attitude.

Experience overall was easy. The mammogram itself was fast. Getting in took a while. Waited 50 minutes from time I came in to when they called me, and then waited again for the machine. But the mammogram itself took 10 minutes.

I always enjoy the helpful staff. The clean rooms are very important to all who are having to get dressed and be examined. It is always a pleasure to be here. I greatly appreciate the upgraded machines.

Time spent was efficient and quick. However, I understand that to get a good picture that the breasts must be positioned just so, but is it necessary to pinch and pull the nipples? That was the unpleasant part of my experience.

My first time here. Staff was friendly, short wait time I suggest going online and filling out forms ahead of time. Save lots of time

The wait was too long - sitting in the waiting room for half an hour. But once I was in everything went fine.

Bad experience. Sorry won’t come back. They made me go I was there waiting and nobody helped me out. I only went to pay for the parking 14.00.

So convenient and easy. Early Saturday a.m. Appt no hassles, no wait. Just $10 to park at the lot across the street (would be real nice if they validated, but they don't). Literally in and out in 20 mins. Super clean facility and nice girls at the desk and the examiner is quick and kind. Highly recommend!
