Great service during a pandemic.made appointment online for an oil change with tire rotation.they completed the work in 45 minutes.i paid using my cell phone after receiving a text that the work was completed.you can still sit inside and wait, and chairs are at least 6 feet apart.friendly staff

Waited in line 10 minutes for an oil change. Decided to say screw it and went elsewhere. They had my oil change done in almost the the time I waited at this store. Glad I was just passing through.

Affordable winter deal & they let you watch from outside if you want. They were kind folks too

Staff is so awesome. Dean went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of right before the holidays. Everyone really is polite, and kind. Not pushy and staff explains everything thoroughly.

I was driving to get gas when I noticed a terrible sound from the brakes on my SUV. I went straight to Big Brand Tire and they took care of it for me. Customer Service was great. I will definitely go back. Thanks Pat and team.

These guys were awesome. We got a leaky tire from a bent rim and had to get home (southern california) for a wedding. They got us in and worked on our tire and rim so we could get home in time. They were so accomodating. Thank you for helping us out. Would highly recommend them for your tire needs.

I'll give star rating although they couldn't fit me in this day that I went by there. However I was pretty much stranded with a flat tire and I had to be in SLO by 8: 30 a.m. Came out to find my car flat at looking for 8 my almost flat I got air in it drove it down and they managed to get me in and out with a flat repair and I made it to my appointment only 20 minutes late. You guys are awesome when I was stressing thank you keep up the great work

Every time I come here I am reminded on why I come back. The people here know what they are doing and aren't afraid to ask for help if they don't. I typically am staggered by the pricing, but the level of professionalism reminds me they are worth every penny and more. Checkups are free and they don't mind filling up your tires if they need it, although the wait for service can be long.
*Edit* Double check to make sure they fill up your tires, they might forget.

Do not send your wife to these guys alone. Not only did they "look through" her and dismiss her as she was explaining what happen, but tried to pressure her into a completely unnecessary front end alignment, charged her twice as much for each tire balance as the local shops, and even charged for the balancing weights, which no local shop does either. The invoice was poorly itemized and then proceeded to lie her about the age of our front tires (told her and marked on invoice they were put on in 2013 so they were too old, the car is a 2015)
These guys will screw you over, so save your money and visit a locally owned shop like Anthony's or Dan's.

They have good prices on their tires and a good service center and I like the free flat Repairs they offer to their customers
