23Wait time is HOURS even for an emergency flat tire! Will never do business with them again. Could care less about me as a customer.
I had an appointment and brought my car in because there was a slow leak in one of the tires. The service desk personnel told me that it would be ready within an hour. I walked home and when I called an hour later I was told that they would call me when it was ready. They are now closed and I cannot get my car back. If they had told me they wouldn't get to it today, I would have picked it up and put the spare tire on (or just kept filling the tire with air) until it could get fixed.
Always very helpful and always professional. Ray, Don and Frank are always treating their customers the way they would like to be treated. I will be shopping here again.
