Big O Tires, Elk Grove CA

This is my second time here this week. Same great deal on an oil change, different car. Plus I know that they will check my aging 09 Accord over from front to back They caught a needed brake fluid flush on my 03 Tacoma and fixed a burned out taillight that I didn’t know about. They will have me in and out in under an hour - almost every time.
They beat every other shop around for everything. I know because I tried the others over the years (just to see for myself).
This is the place to got for professionalism, lower prices and to feel good about driving in your maintained vehicle. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Pros: they matched Costco's pricing on a set of tires and were quick to get me in.

Cons: surprised to see that during these times the employees were getting into people cars and driving them around WITHOUT mask.

Shirley was fantastic and made our experience perfect despite unexpected repairs so we could get it done easily

My car had a flat tire and checked for the closest tire shop. They were able to fit me in immediately and even though they were incredibly busy they took care of me on the spot and was on my way in no time. When my car is due for new tires I will be definitely be coming back.

Okay I haven't actually had them work on my vehicle. But I had purchased a service through Groupon which expired the day that I actually went there. The manager in charge Deyrick, was actually very helpful. I am going to have some work done there and when I do I'll let you know how it comes out. But for customer service so far so good that's why I give them four stars.

Would not recommend them, kept pushing for unnecessary repairs. Telling me my rotors are old even tho i got em changed a month ago. My alignment which i went in for, wasn't fixed i still have the same issue. That's the second time they've done that.terrible employees and terrible managers.

My dash cam caught a mechanic doing donuts in my car. I also had issues with them not doing all the work I paid for such as replacing or turning my rotors and changing my brake fluid. Check out my yelp review for the video.management declined to accept the omission of work on my car and corporate didn’t respond to my complaints. I use to be a life long big o tires patron.but they lost me.

Went in for just an oil change and knowing I need to replace my tires. Although my tires are bad, I didn't feel pressured into being forced to buy right now which I appreciate. The service performed was fast and informative on maintenance I may need as well as what to look out for to keep my truck running longer.

The management is allowed the manager to stay after the employee he hired with a very bad business ethics, and uncaring attuned to the very Customers, that pay there rent and there employee's. This place is uncuth. Bad place for Business, bad place to put your Car trust, and bad place for your hard earned Money. People think about the business ethics at this Big O, PEOPLE Think.

I came in to use a Groupon for an oil change and ended up dropping almost $300. The mechanic working the front desk not only shared that the brake pads needed to be replaced, but repeatedly pushed their services on me, along w several other things that “needed to be fixed. ” He continued to wheel and deal me after I said several times that this is my husbands car and I wanted to ask him before adding so many extra services. The mechanic even used the “well it will be more at the dealership” line.

Great staff and super quick. Parking was a bit of an issue, but once that was resolved, they took care of us and even had the TV on.

I called them appointment for oil change they told me if u come right now there is no waiting I show up after 10 minutes, once I went there they told me two hours waiting, I told them I just called and you guys told me no waiting, the just say no there is two hours waiting it’s very unprofessional I never recommend this place

1 star is too many. New owners are worse than the previous ones. Poor workmanship, slow service and dishonest. I even once saw a wheel fall off of a little old lady's truck after leaving the shop. Did a valve cover gasket on my car and it left with a misfire and a check engine light on. These guys should be shut down. Don't trust Deyrick or David, they will lie right to your face.

This is a great store, they are willing to accommodate your needs and have fast and friendly service in my experience and my wife's experience over many years.

Terrible! Never go here.they lost the lock to my tires and then took a whole week to get the correct lock! When I went to pick it up (when they said it was there) IT WASN'T THERE! HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR!
While I was there, there were several other customers complaining about the service they received! HORRIBLE!

Went in to get new tires. Was told it would take only an hour and a half. Ended up taking 5 hours. First they brought back the wrong tires, then told me it would only take 30 minutes. Everytime I ask when my car would be finish they said they were pulling it up right now and that it was the next car. I asked one lady who had come after me how long her wait was when she replied they had already started working on her. Totally skipping me.

Im so glad they Did My Lyft insoection it was in and Out time to get back to given rides within in Minutes the small fee you pay its worth it. Next Inspection im there.

Went in to get my rear tire patched up due to a small nail being lodged in it. I Waited 45 minutes to an hour. The next day my rear tire started having problems, It went from 33 PSI to 15 psi in one day. So I took it back to Big O Tires and come to find out the technician Avais Raza didn't bother to patch up the spot. I had to wait 2 hours to get it fixed again. I've been coming here since 2015 to get my tires fixed and just because of your employees laziness, you've lost a customer.
