First, Tried to charge me for a tire rotation and never attempted to ask me if I purchased the tires at a different location. All “Brian Murphy” said was that the vehicle wasn’t in their system per the license plate. Second, I was told 45 mins and they didn’t pull my vehicle in until 1 hr 15 mins. Finally done after 2 hrs for just a tire rotation.
