Worst customer service I have ever seen. The employees let who ever they helped skip the line to paying

Definitely the worst Bloomingdale's I ever been to. Never seen a staff more reluctant to help customers. When I finally tracked down a staff to ask a question, she told me to ask someone else. Just as she said that someone from that department appeared. I asked my question and that staff person told the person who told me to ask her to tell me that they don't have what I've asked for. I was standing right there. Bizarre.

Not really sure how to rate this store.

I went and recently bought a jacket with minimal help from any sales staff. It seemed like they were surprised I actually wanted to make a purchase. No one helped me make any selections or try on new options, so I've definitely gotten better service at a Nordstrom.

With that being said I didnt really mind that the salespeople backed off. I kind of wish more stores were like this.

The store is pretty cool though. Modern interior with a good mens selection. Not much in the way of furniture and home goods though. It's a smaller location.

Thanks to the salespeople who wouldn't help us on Sunday Morning, December 15th, we've spent our money elsewhere. This department needs HR assistance because racism has no place here and Bloomingdale's? I'm highly disappointed.

Wish this store carried more clothes not geared towards millennials. I like the store but don't shop here much for that reason.

Such a pity that such a nice brand as @Maje @Sandro has such a poor customer experience at Bloomingdales Glendale. I always shop at this brand but I will certainly not go back to this location. The current manager (as what she claimed she was but didn’t act like one) was extremely rude and extremely not helpful. Worst customer service in my life. Stay away if you want to have a good day!

I always find what I need in the store. Today I was looking for a men's fragrance and I encountered one of my favorite people in the whole store, Regina. I always get exactly what I need and a great customer service experience when I see her. Highly recommend

A nice store with a wide variety of premium items for housewares, kitchen, bedrooms, and clothing. Pricing is not competitive and you would be better off shopping at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack. The store is never busy so browsing is easy.

Great selection that aims towards the higher end for the younger crowd. Customer service is always top notch.

My mother comes home some nights after a long shift at Bloomingdales and is very moody. She explains how the store got robbed again which is starting to become a regular thing. They really need to up their security because being held at knifepoint is not cool at all.

I really dig Bloomingdale's. It is a throwback to the old days of anchor stores. It remains posh and beautiful. I appreciate this kind of experience in the age of technology. Prices can be quite high but there is always a very generous sales rack that is much appreciated as well.

Tons of new and fashionable clothing and accessories. I really like this place and would recommend you check it out if you have the time to browse.

Just what you expect from a very overpriced stored.if you shop there you have lots of money and don't care to expended.

I’m a huge fan of good merchandising and great service - those go a long way in my book when I’m shopping. The Bloomingdale's in Glendale has these qualities, which make for a really fantastic shopping experience. The merchandise is a little more casual than the other Bloomies in Los Angeles, so if streetwear is your men's sartorial thing, you're in luck. This is great place to get gifts for kids on the top floor - and sometimes you'll get a little something for yourself!

Such beautiful and unique clothes, shoes and jewelry. But if you're not in full make up, skinny and not already wearing their inventory, prepare for some side - eye.

Didn't like the sales lady in the perfume dept. I was friendly as I could be Seemed cold un interested in helping me. I left instead.
