This is the Baby Section of the store it's not to big but there is nice clothes for babies but they are definitely on the pricey side. A good time to go is when they are doing a seasonal change to get the best deals. If you are looking for a specific size/stlye just ask they have great customer service!
They don't carry the best brands but they make it seem affordable to everyone which is pretty nice. Customer service is great depending on the worker. Every time you go to any brand section there will usually be a worker asking if you need help on something.
Great customer service! I really like this store and have always been treated nicely by all the staff. I saw a woman trying to return an obviously very worn and used bag, and I thought the manager dealt with it extraordinarily well. I had an issue with my new purchase, and was treated very kindly by Catherine Hoang. Thank you, Catherine, for your help, and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Great location on the corner of Broadway and Brand. Valet parking on Brand. Very clean and spacious. Highly organized. Sometimes it takes a while to find anyone at any department to help you. They just pop out of nowhere or you have to find one.
The lady that works 5th floor register right off the parking garage is totally rude! She looked me up and down all rude like she is better then me girl please I drive a 2015 BMW X1 I seen ur a$$ get into a freaking Kia are you kidding me
This is definitely the WORST Bloomingdales location I've ever been too. The associates are rude in every single store. Especially in the Louis V.store, I forgot to get his name, but it was a male and he refused to give good customer service. They profile customers and this is unacceptable. I took my business to the Rodeo Drive location instead. I also walked into the GUCCI store and the man at the front was on his ipad, and said he would find someone else to help me out. So I walked out.
Horrible customer service in jewelry department all employes and manger are very rude I can't believe it, They charge my card $500 dollar deposit for special order and never send my item and never return my money to my account. Sorry for Bloomingdales. If you have any question contact me.
The worst customer service in the world. The store manager Wiley Bartine is a joke! They would have had better luck leaving a clown in charge of they're store. Instead of fixing the problem he is mocking he's customers. PLEASE NEVER SHOP at Glendale store! Low grade!
