Breastlink Women's Imaging Temecula, Murrieta CA

My experience at Breastlink Temecula Valley today was fine except that I was not taken in for the Imaging until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The only other concern was that the technician who took my images was not quite as gentle as I have experienced in the past.

I had a mammogram. The lady her assisted was very nice and made me feel comfortable for getting a mammogram. The machine is a new version that does not require such a hard squeeze.

Visited Breast link today. Very clean facility and girls at check-in were nice. Technicians were extremely nice and helpful.

I have used this facility for years and they are always well organized and you are in and out in no time. The technicians are knowledgeable and do most of the work really as they position you. During the pandemic all proper protocols are followed as well.

I had both an ultra sound and a mammogram here. Though there was a bit of a wait, everyone there was nice and professional. Both women who did my ultrasound and my mammogram were very helpful, informative and made me feel at ease.

It was very pleasant to go to breastlink the people were very nice they got me in right away and the lady that did the mammograms was just amazing and made me feel very comfortable it was a good experience.

Quick and easy. I’d filled my forms out online and it was all a breeze. The mammographer was nice, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!

The only problem is the Appointments person set the appointment for Suite 210 so I walked up to Suite 210 and then I was told that the Bone Density Scans are performed on the first floor. Other than that everything went fine.

Facility and staff always friendly and punctual. Very glad to continue with this same location for many years.

Front office staff was friendly and efficient. The technician whom I believe was named Sherri was also friendly and my my exam as comfortable as it could possibly be.

Update 4/19. Longer wait and chilly sitting in little gown cover. Nice technician and quick once I was taken in.

Front desk, not friendly, I wait 20 min.after my appointment, they call, people before, me, and they arrive, after, and asked, the front, why, because, I have more time waiting.

The nurse that took my mammogram was very friendly, attentive, and informative.

I thought the front desk girl was a sweet ray of sunshine! The process was very speedy and professional.

Staff very professional and friendly. Facility very clean. Technician very professional and knowledgeable dgeble. On time with appt.and efficient. Good appt.

Lots of paperwork to do and lots of people going in and out, but the front office girls have it organized to perfection. That combined with the tag team that takes you back to the dressing rooms, runs the machine, and still has time to help you find your way out makes for an organized way to get this done with minimal wait time.

My experiences with BreastLink has been the best of any I've had to deal with during my breast cancer ordeal. The doctors and others have been understanding and patient. Very educated. As I was quite frightened about my care. If I need more treatment I
definitely hope I can see them. The whole team is great including the front desk. Always pleasant. Thank you to all. Mary Conrad

Much better experience than last year. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable with the very challenging procedure.

Staff was friendly but waited to be taken to exam room for 15min. Could hear them discussing my case from changing room.
