First time to this location and it couldn't have been easier! I called for an appointment and they scheduled me the next morning. The facility was 10 minutes from my house and very easy to find. Walked in to a clean waiting area and was checked in by a very nice lady. I was called back within 5-7 mins. I put my person items in a locked locker and the whole procedure took 10 mins. Very happy and impressed with everything!

The women at the clinic are just great. The man that I made the appointment with was confused and almost sent me to another clinic much further away and I was not aware of the different clinic until I was confirming the appointment Then I made him change it to the Murrieta clinic.
